The purchasing process was simple and the freight charges reasonable.
What I do like at "smart" Laser products compared to other brands that I tried is that the WIFI-connected smart lights will retain the settings when power is turned off, they come to the same state (On/OFF, brightness, colour, mode) when power comes back on. I wish they had other smart bulb types such as GU10, smaller size for E27. Etc.
Easy to order via the website. Very well priced and the order was delivered quickly. Have purchased globes and switches previously and they've been very reliable.
Had enquiry on product sent and was explained by email what I misunderstood. She had photos and comments against them to make it clearer. Good communication
It was easy to find what I was looking for on the Lazer website, i ordered another remote for something else from another company the same day and I've no idea when it's turning up so the overall whole experience I had with Lazer Co was outstanding,I highly recommend them.

2/3 (PIRs and door sensors) of the products costs eventually were refunded.
The reason: they didn't work with Tuya and therefore not with HA.
