Received a watch band that was a different colour to what I ordered, when I emailed them they said that colour is no longer in stock! Awaiting a refund - you can't just send out any colour expecting the customer to be ok with it!

The order process is adequate - it's not difficult at all, nor is the layout of the site particularly riveting.
Communication after placing the order is quite minimal, this is good in the sense of not receiving a million emails or texts, but it is a little disconcerting to not be kept informed of what's actually happening with the order.
Also, the tracking number provided doesn't actually come online until 3 days have passed (although this may well be an issue with the courier company).

There should be a confirmation email sent straight after the customer places their order. I was left wondering if my order went through until the next business day when I received the email stating my purchase had been shipped.

Laser Co are a joke!
Ordered 3 tablets, a 3 pack of cases and a 3 pack of screen protectors and only received 1 tablet, the cases and the screen protectors.
Rang up on Monday and they sent me the other 2 tablets via express post which arrived today (Wednesday).
Just went to set them up, only to discover that 1 has a smashed screen! Now 1 of my kids won't get their tablet by Christmas!

The company that delivers left a card for no one home. Then took to to a parcel warehouse which is on the opposite side of the city and I had to drive and hour out of the way to pick it up.

Easy transaction thank you. Regarding the courier, I thought I'd stated leave the parcel at the property, but they did not do so at first, so the delivery took several days to succeed. Couriers Please were difficult to reach - I never managed to in the end.

Too damn hard to get anywhere at the checkout! Took me over 6 tries to get it to work - and that also entailed closing the browser, deleting cache and cookies and coming back to try again: still had problems! Finally got it to work, but it was a darn pain!
