Had purchased a new HP in April 2012 and the screen broke for no reason... so called HP and they didn't want to fix but did, turned around in one month and it did it again. This time they wanted 379.00 to fix the screen. So I looked online found latopscreen.com which even shows you how to install. Ordered it, got it, had it switched out in like 20 minutes... thinking about ordering another one for my older laptop... has a few pecks in the screen. These folks are amazing... easy to use web site.

Deutsch: Eine sehr gute Seite! Versandt war extrem schnell! Monitor war sehr gut eingepackt und das Wechseln ein Kinderspiel dank der Anleitungen auf der Seite. Die Preise waren zunächst sehr gut. Was die Stimmung etwas getrübt hat, waren Schweizer Mehrwertsteuern, die zusätzlich zu den ohnehin schon hohen Versandtgebühren hinzukamen. Letztlich hat Fed-Ex für die Erstellung der Zollgebühren noch mal kurz einen Aufschlag erhoben.

Das ist eigentlich immer noch OK. Wenn man aber bedenkt, dass über 50% auf den Versandt fallen, dann ist das einfach nur eine Frechheit.
Was ich laptopscreen empfehlen würde, ist einen günstigeren Anbieter zu suchen oder in Europa eine Filiale zu eröffnen. Denn die Seite ist TOP.

Ordered a new screen for my 7 year old laptop - believe me that this laptop has seen some serious off road computing, but the screen had gone to hell in a handbasket. They were very helpful in matching up a new screen for my machine, which is pretty outdated. New screen came in, installed without a hitch and the laptop is back up, running and screen is excellent in terms of resolution and color. Very pleased with this. If I need another screen or my nephew needs a new screen for his laptop, I know were to go. Easy recommendation of laptopscreen.com!

I never tore into a laptop before but the online instructional video made the process of screen replacement look reletively simple so I figure what do I have to lose? I am out $600 with a disabled laptop, what's another $60 to possibly gain it back? I received the screen in good condition within five days and installed it in 15 minutes, and that was taking my time. The laptop looks like new, operates flawlessly, and I feel like I am now a laptop screen replacement technician :) To my wife I'm a hero for fixing her laptop that she broke and was lost without :) That's a win win win in my book!

I am by no means a tech. Geek but I decided to try and replace my cracked screen on my own. The first thing I did was find a youtube video of how to do it. Then I looked for a screen. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quality and resonable pricing of this site. I would not have been able to replace my screen if it weren't for the price this site charged. I read alot of bad reiews based on the request to give feed back. I apllaud the people who own this company for doing this. So it takes a few minutes out of my life. I had to tell this, when my Acer laptop screen broke and I asked the customer support for a replacement quote I was told I had to shell out USD 200 for the same, I therefore gave up the idea of replacing it and started using it after connecting it to to my TV through HDMI. It was not until I ended up breaking another one of my laptops (what are the odds!) - this time a Toshiba than I started thinking seriously about looking for a cheaper alternative; I did not have an appetite for spending $400 for replacing LED screens. I came across this website and ordered 2 screens for guess what (about - $136) including shipping. I could fix them both easily and they are running great. Icing on the cake is their offer to give $20 back if one posts the replacement video on a public website. Couldn't ask for more!

I have to say when I first found out it was going to cost me $400-$600 dollars to get my daughter's screen fixed I started looking and found the laptopscreen.com. I was not sure what screen to order and called their website, not only did they tell me what screen to order but they also gave me the correct address to take me to the screen. I recevied the screen in 3 days, waited til the weekend to put it in and had no problems at all. I reviewed the video on the webside again before doing it and there were no problems and it was very easy. You do need little screwdrivers so I had to purchase them but I would recommend this screen to everyone and cheap too. Thank you!

I've read the reviews from previous customers and it appears that the have had a pretty unfortunate experience with laptopscreens.com, me on the other hand, I was pleased. I received the screen that I'd ordered in the promised amount of time. It was for a 10inch Acer Aspire One that was purchased for my 10 yo, that he of course droppped. I had absolutely no experience with repairing computers but didn't wanna pay someone else upwards of $100 for something so simple. The website had DIY videos that walked me through the entire process. So simple...
