Made a lamp purchase from them and found a much better price for the exact same fixture ( about $40). After a couple back and forth E-Mails, they declined to even match the competitive price much less the 120%. I guess there is a loop hole in there price match conditions? I could have tried to returned the fixture, but was just tired of the hassle with them so chalked it up to a learning. Experience. Buyer beware. No longer my vendor.

They have a beautiful merchandise. My living room lamps are absolutely beautiful. I remodeled my house and i think they are my favorite thing. And i love my bedroom lamps too. They were great about me exchanging the 1st pair of bedrooms lamps. I will only shop there from now on, because i know i will always find something there i like.it's my go-to lighting store.

The 120% guaranteed lowest price that Lamps Plus offers is a huge lie. I found a wall sconce on their site for $404 each (my client needed two) and she did a search on her own and proceeded to find it elsewhere for $334. I was a bit embarrassed that I hadn't found it first, so proceeded to email customer service. Four days after my original email inquiry, a customer service representative wrote back one short sentence, "I'm sorry as our policy does not permit us to price match with this company." No further explanation. I'm so tired of these big companies offering "guarantees" and then finding every which way possible to wiggle their way out of them. So much for honesty and the written word. I'll NEVER shop at Lamps Plus again nor will I recommend this company to any of my clients.
We ordered a whole houseful of lighting for a customer through a Lamps plus sales person. Once everything shipped, she told us that she couldn't help us, that we had to call the customer service number. We called customer service and they said we had to speak to a PRO acct rep even though we didn't have a PRO acct. But we called and they of course wouldn't help us either. Horrible customer service. Just ridiculous. We will not be using them again but rather sticking with Wayfair, who by far is easier to work with.

Only one time did I have to return a fixture to LampsPlus.com, and they made it very easy for me to do so. The variety and quality of light fixtures on exceeds that which I can buy locally, even at specialty lighting stores, and moreover, the prices on LampsPlus.com are extremely competitive. LampsPlus.com is my go-to store for light fixtures.

I found exactly what i wanted for several rooms in an apartment I am decorating for a client. All of the fixtures were shipped and received rather quickly. My sales rep, Jennifer Ly was especially helpful as she always is.

I ordered from the LampPlus Canada website and found that they were very organised and were true to their word on delivery. My Hanging and sconce for the exterior of my house came in well packed and delivery was as promised. I would order again from these guys.

Bought 2 lampshades, 39,99$ each and when I received them, I saw that each one was priced at 19,99$. I was buying on their Canadian site. So, be aware Canadians that we pay TWICE the price than in the US. Plus, harps and finials were missing! Exchanged about 12 emails with the company before they sent me the missing parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Add taxes and duty fees! There will be less and less business with our "neighbors" and I get why. I Will make sure next time I order something on a site ". CA" that it is NOT based in the US!
