Lamps Plus

We've bought three different light fixtures during the past 6 months. We've loved all three. They were packed very well and survived shipping in great shape.

I do love the look of my new lights. Unfortunately one of them was scratched when it arrived. The representative offered me $25 to keep the light and because I was on a time crunch I accepted the offer.

Ordering was not a problem. However, the product we received was not like the one pictured. The leaves are at angles that are not attractive at all. I have tried to communicate with Lamps plus, but have not been able to get a response.

The lamps were exactly as shown and were of the quality we wanted. I would order again from them.
The lamps were well packed so nothing was damaged.

I ordered a Tiffany torchiere first, and liked it so much I ordered two Tiffany lamps for the nightstands in my guest bedroom. They were not difficult to assemble, but as other reviewers have mentioned, the bits of styrofoam get everywhere!

Given the subtle yet significant model variations of the Concept II, not all sellers clearly convey these details. Upon installation of a new fan, my electrician notified me that the fan motor did not work. I notified Lamps Plus and they promptly sent me a new fan, which was then successfully installed.

It took almost 2 months to get my floor lamp and then when I put it together it leaned. I put the provided spacers under it but it's not the floor that's crooked but the lamp poles. I am keeping it as it's very heavy and too much hassle t9 return

The headboard was well made, but it was impossible to install with the instructions given; in addition, the hardware was insufficient to install the headboard on a Hollywood bed frame. It took creativity and additional hardware to install it.

I recently did a half bath update. I had no difficulty finding the right vanity, toilet, faucet, light fixture and accessories. However, finding the right mirror to place over the vanity wasn't quite as easy...until I went to LampsPlus.com! There were several great options and I am happy with the one I chose! The mirror is modern with a design feature that adds class to the space. The mirror was packed very well, arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
