Contacted them about returning 2 dresses.not only was the response slow but it was completely unacceptable.
One dress was absolutely not cut right for the size...it fit perfect all around but the back where the zipper us was like 4 sizes too small...if it were just not the right size I would not he able to get it it and it fit perfect in the front but the back won't come close to closing...thst is a seamstress era...said they don't refund for the customer era of choosing the wrong size... but I bought 4 dresses and only 1 didn't fit. The other I wanted to return was absolutely not the same material pictured...it was foam... like literally foam material...who wears foam. Yea...didn't even try it on because it didn't matter how it fit it was horrible. The other 3 I wasn't pleased with the craftsmanship, loose threads, cheap material, bad cuts...etc. But I kept bc well I could wear them casually...the 2 I want to return not a chance there response was and I quote:

And even if you return the product, the international shipping fee also costs, how about we can issue you a 30% refund of the product price and you can keep them as casual wear or give them to your friend as a gift?

This is unacceptable and I will NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN AND WILL BE FLAGGING THIS RESPONSE ON EVRRY AD I SEE.

I would like to share my experience in the hopes that it will save people's money! I was tempted by how nice their dresses are and by the fact that they can do custom size dresses. So I found a dress, took my measurements and placed my order. I have even paid extra for expedited delivery as I needed the dress for a wedding. The dress did come quickly however the biggest shock was that the dress is almost 3 times bigger than my size! Nothing has been made according to the measurements I have requested.

I have emailed their support immediately complaining and requesting a refund, and I was asked to provide them with photos, so I did take photos that show how big the dress is, they came back to me telling me that the dress has been tailored made and it can not be returned and that I have taken the wrong measurements! Not only that, they even want me to take more photos of me taping myself so they can see the measurements! Also they told me to take it to a tailor to fix it! I am just shocked of how those sites even exist and are just stealing people's money.

People please stay away from those sites, I have learned the hard way. I am still fighting with them and requesting a refund. I do not see how I will ever get my money back. But I am writing to whoever is tempted to order a dress from there, it is all a waste of time and money and you will end up throwing it in the bin where it belongs.

Not only that, they are not even based in Europe nor England! They are all based in China, so we do not have any rights as a consumer. Please stay away from temptation and I really wish I have read the reviews before I made my purchase. And as others are saying this site is new, their other website is DylanQueen.co.uk. Be very careful and save your money!
