Contacted them about returning 2 dresses.not only was the response slow but it was completely unacceptable.
One dress was absolutely not cut right for the size...it fit perfect all around but the back where the zipper us was like 4 sizes too small...if it were just not the right size I would not he able to get it it and it fit perfect in the front but the back won't come close to closing...thst is a seamstress era...said they don't refund for the customer era of choosing the wrong size... but I bought 4 dresses and only 1 didn't fit. The other I wanted to return was absolutely not the same material pictured...it was foam... like literally foam material...who wears foam. Yea...didn't even try it on because it didn't matter how it fit it was horrible. The other 3 I wasn't pleased with the craftsmanship, loose threads, cheap material, bad cuts...etc. But I kept bc well I could wear them casually...the 2 I want to return not a chance there response was and I quote:

And even if you return the product, the international shipping fee also costs, how about we can issue you a 30% refund of the product price and you can keep them as casual wear or give them to your friend as a gift?
