As of December, 2025, their site is still up and running. I purchased some emblems from them 2.5 months ago. When there was no update to my order for over 2 weeks, I reached out to their support email, and the owner's email. No reply. Even tried to call the support number but when I did the person just hung up right away. Probably not in use anymore. Contacted credit card company who started investigating, then suddenly my order status was changed to shipped. That update was a month ago. The tracking number still says "label created, package not received by UPS". Wondering if this is shipped from Korea which is the reason for the wait. I'll probably get my money back from credit card company, so no biggie either way. But the way this company operates, it is really surprising they are still going. Are they maybe hoping I'll forget I ordered anything and just take the money? Crazy.

I immediately contacted the store via email the same day I received my order about the emblems being to small. My exact model car was listed. I have since emailed 3 additional times to other emails I have found for this company. I have also used the chat feature twice. Not a single response. There is no phone number listed.

CADENZA 2017 EMBLEMS

This place is awful. They sent 2 steering wheel emblems and one said in sharpie fits better. Then there were no front or back labels for the emblems. Also the customer service is horrible the man I dealt with was Tom. He refused to help me and so I could stay a loyal customer but I decided to just goto ebay from now on. $70 for cheap plastic and horrible customer service absolutely unacceptable.

Company is horrible takes forever to get back to you, and never ships your package out most irresponsible company I've ever seen six business days went by without a tracking history or my package leaving their facility James Sherwood is a liar and dumb $#*! bunch of shake legs and fraudulent company and the lies of my package would be shipped that not acceptable I hope your satisfied with the performance of your company cuz it's b******* and trash

BUYERS BEWARE

I've bought genesis coupe emblems All fits but the front emblem they send is too big and wont fit. Contacted the owner and all he says is i'm incorrect and not offering any help or solution to the problem, very unprofessional.

I received my order of 7 Kia K overlay badges for my car. 6 of the 7 overlays do not fit. There is no communication with this company. I've tried emailing sales, James and used web chat - no joy. £65 inc shipping wasted

ORDERD DOOR GARNISHES AS ADVERTISED ON SALE AND CLEARANCE WAITED 15 DAYS TO BE TOLD THEY WHERE ON HOLD BECAUSE UNABLE TO FIND IN WAREHOUSE, I SENT 4 EMAILS WITH INFORMATION TO BE TOLD THIS AFTER I SUBMITTED PROOF AND PICS. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL POST IT ON GENESIS FORUM FOR OTHERS TO AVOID THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS.

Horrible experience

Sent me emblems that said would fit my car but did not. Refused to help in any way other than argue that they would fit as full replacements. They didn't fit into the indentation that the old emblems sat in at all.

Admitted he sold us a TRUNK Insignia Medallion that he knows,... would not FIT our 2018 Kia after we had already received & tried to install it. Said, after the fact, if we'd return Emblem in unused Condition, he'd give us a Refund. Why would he knowingly send out a Product for sale he knows will not fit? Then say he'd only take it back if it was Unused?
He's a RIP Off Artist. Buyer Be Aware! Boo Bad!

Bunch of Thieves

I have bought items in the past from them and never had issues apart from one time where a part was painted the wrong color, but it was fixed. This time around I bought two items. One item was discontinued, even though they still had it on their website to be bought. They sent me an email about what I wanted to do so I got a different piece that cost more and gave them the extra money (and if you reach them my the emails they show on their website, they will NEVER answer). A USPS tracking number comes through that sits in dispatched status on the item that was discontinued... A week goes by and I used the email I had from them and asked what was going on and they said it shipped via UPS and gave me the tracking number... I was so close to having them in my hand when UPS rec'd them in on my side, the items were damaged in transit and were being shipped back to the seller. First, I've never had issues with items being damaged from any carrier, so I wonder how they packaged the items... second, I contacted them again about the damages and NOTHING... no response. So I immediately go to Paypal and file a claim and escalate it. Of course, Paypal takes forever and a day and is waaay too lenient on how long sellers can respond. Eventually I got all my money back. It's sad that once the items were damaged and being sent back they acted like nothing happened and took my money. Bottom line... stay away from this place.

Taking peoples money and not delivering the product is criminal. I continue to try and get someone to help me find out where my shipment is, but there is no one that will help me. Live chat never works. My advise is that you should not use this online store.

I received my emblems in 1 week. My order arrived from a Korean Auto Imports fulfillment distribution center. I called to inquire about the location but overall my order arrived fast and in good condition. I would recommend this web store for the value of their emblems and fast shipment.

Ordered mudflaps for my 2016 Hyundai Equus on November 2, never received item, they are not accessible by phone and want answer emails. Do No Buy Any Items From These People, they are Thieves, crooks and liers. They don't have phone number and want answer emails, but they got my $! 01.84, quick, fast and in a hurry!

I don't generally write reviews, too lazy I guess? Unless it's on Ebay and mandatory, I just don't bother.
I came across Korean Auto Imports while looking for a Loden Emblem I wanted. I don't do a lot of online shopping, I avoid if I can, I prefer to see something in person before buying. I guess I'm old school that way.
After researching reviews about this site, they consisted of the majority being very negative ones. Only problem was, I could not find anywhere else to get this package/product so, despite my better judgement I decided to take a chance and to order the product anyway.
I placed my Loden Emblem package ($100+) order on August 29th. I was surprised to find I received a tracking number from Korean Imports (I could track the package myself) and I also received frequent status updates on my package via email from Korean Imports as well.
I am delighted to say I received the package today! I was not expecting such fast shipping considering I'm in Canada and there was a holiday in the midst of ordering.
This product is better quality then I expected, I am very happy that I took the chance on ordering.
For anyone who is looking to buy from this site, I would say take a chance and order!

Stole my money
September 7, 2015

I placed in order 17 months ago and after about 12 months they sent me 1/2 of my order (which was damaged) after they told me they would refund all of my money. Now they wont respond to me via email, facebook, or telephone... the owe me over $200 and will not reply or do anything. NEVER order anything from this company. EVER.
