Received an order I placed but I wish to return it unopened. They do not respond to the vairous methods of contacting them. I have tried since June 2 2015... UGH
I ordered a key fob for my car from this company and was shipped the entirely wrong product. I attempted to contact the seller through every channel they have listed and was never given a response. I disputed the charge with the bank and Kevin (The main scammer) responded to them with all of my correspondence and stating that he would be happy to give me a refund finally sending them an address for me to send my product too. Fast forward one month after sending the product back and still no refund, Kevin is once again receiving my emails and choosing to ignore them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY". I cannot believe that a "company" with so many complains against them is allowed to continue operating. I have never had such an unpleasant experience in my life.

Horrible customer service no direct contact number only by email or text or Facebook. I was inquiry about a part whether it would fit or not they responded at there own time and got rude with me with ugly remarks. Do not buy anything from the company or kiss your money good bye.
Terrible attitude when questioned about fit on an item; very defensive; told me hundreds of others sold and I was the only one to have an issue with it. Sent me a return authorization that contained a very snotty comment. Spend your money elsewhere with a company that treats customers better!
Before ordering my brother and I both contacted Korean Auto Imports to verify some information about the product. I placed my order and received confirmation. However a day later I was told that I would need to fill out a form along with a copy of my drivers license and credit card in order to ship to an address other than my billing. This caught me off guard and I inquired as to why I am being subjected to this? I was then informed that their customer service department tracked my IP address and felt this was suspicious to have two people under the same roof ask questions regarding their products.
They then treated me as if I was some sort of incompetent criminal trying to scam them. I requested a refund but have yet to receive however they were more than happy to charge my card instantly.
I will never do business with this company again. Terrible customer service, treated like a criminal, and from what I am seeing on other sites now... complete fraud/scammers.
STAY AWAY from here. I ordered $316 in a single product, and it NEVER came. Same thing happened to my friend for over $700! Fraud, scam. I kept contacting them by phone and chat and they kept telling me my product had shipped, which it doesn't even exist. I got so fed up i submitted a paypal claim and guess what, instantly got my money back. My friend forgot to submit a claim and it was too late and he lost almost a grand. Whats worst is they kept giving me reassuring excuses. Korean Auto Imports is a branch of Sherwood Automotive. I email'd Sherwood DIRECTLY and they didn't respond at all. I FORCED them to give me my money back after a month of waiting like an idiot. PLEASE don't make the same mistake as me, stay away from here.
Answer: I called my bank and told them about what had happened... After a week my bank got back to me. The owner sent them all of the emails I had sent him (which he clearly saw and chose not to respond to) and told them he would be happy to refund me if I returned the product... I sent the product back waited a month and nothing... I didn't purchase delivery confirmation so I had no way to prove he got it other than my receipt saying I sent it... So in the end he got away with my money... Make sure you contact your bank and when you send it back pay for tracking
