How can I talk to someone from Korean auto imports? I have a problem with an item that I received. I tried email and live chat. NO respond. Can you help?

I just Leased a 2016 KIA Sorento. I would like to install the black "K" metal skin over the KIA emblem on the front grille and the rear tailgate. But, I'm very concerned with the reviews of your company. There are a lot of complaints regarding product and delivery. Can your company assure me that I'm not going have any problems with product, delivery and/or returns. I have some questions. 1. How can I hold payment until items are received and installed? 2. According to your web site it appears there are more than one "k" emblem. If so, what is the difference and cost? 3. Are the emblems in stock? 4. How long to ship? 5. Does the "K" skin fit over emblem or is there a problem? To short or Long? Please be honest. I don't want any problems! Mike

How do you get them to respond to return a purchase?

Answer:
I called my bank and told them about what had happened... After a week my bank got back to me. The owner sent them all of the emails I had sent him (which he clearly saw and chose not to respond to) and told them he would be happy to refund me if I returned the product... I sent the product back waited a month and nothing... I didn't purchase delivery confirmation so I had no way to prove he got it other than my receipt saying I sent it... So in the end he got away with my money... Make sure you contact your bank and when you send it back pay for tracking
