Scam! I thought I finally found some website that was NOT selling things from CHINA. Spent $300+ for the dresses and tops, Turned out NOT even a brand name on it. No instructions, no labels to let you know how to wash them. Just one little tiny label has three words... MADE IN CHINA! Very disappointed!

Scam! I thought I finally found some website that was NOT selling things from CHINA. Spent $300+ for the dresses and tops, Turned out NOT even a brand name on it. No instructions, no labels to let you know how to wash them. Just one little tiny label has three words... MADE IN CHINA!
Very disappointed!

I absolutely love the masks they offer. As masks are quite crucial these days, I purchased a couple from KOODING and they are so amazing and much better than the other masks. It is so comfortable to wear and that is really helpful since I wear it for a long time. Amazing!

Purchased a lot of clothes and split 4 different order, all are over 120$. Paid fastest shipping because i specially needed. Expected them to ship out at least within 2 weeks, and I'm still waiting for them now it is three week. Checking shipping status everything, they never updated and they are not even shipped out yet so i inquired what's going on, like asking is this what i get for fasted shipping method. But this poor stupid distributor just keep making excuses. I swear i would not use this poor $#*! site and my friends as well. Thanks

If you want to deal with a real. Implant go elsewhere. This place sent me 3 bottles with one 25% empty and they will not acknowledge their error nor provide me with a refund or new bottle. Don't be fooled

They send a a wrong item. They gave me a refund for the item that I didn't not receive. Product quality is medium. No legit labels. Also bought a white shirt but it is be very see through. Customer service reply through emails.

I was skeptical about purchasing clothes from overseas companies. I tried to read many reviews about the company before buying. With Kooding I saw many good and bad reviews also, however I decided to give it a try due to its super cute clothes. The experience was above my expectation. I ordered on 7/18 and 7/29 I received shipping notification, 8/5 I got my products. I ordered 7 blouses and 3 of them were out of stock so they informed me prior to shipping and gave me options for refund or store credit for out of stock products. If I choose refund it would take up to a month to get my money back depending on credit card company. If I go with store credit I will get extra 2%. I chose store credit and they emailed me my gift card within 24 hrs. I LOVE all the tops, they look exactly in the pictures and some even look better outside. The quality is really good for the price, don't look cheap at all. 3/4 are made in Korea, only 1 made in China. All the blouses are 1 size only and they fit me very well. I normally between XS-S in US size. So I guess if u wear size M and up u will not fit in these. They are true Korean size. Highly recommend if y are into Korean style clothes :).

I returned an item in November with the post confirming delivery to their premises and they are refusing to give me a refund despite my many emails because they have lost the item and they can't go off the confirmation delivery from the postal service, only from what they themselves say. What an absolute disgrace. Any decent company would be trying to compensate for their incompetence! I looked further into this company as I was so appalled by how they run their business that I saw that they were titling items as cashmere which have absolutely no cashmere in them. There are over 40 items titled as cashmere with the majority not having any cashmere in them. This is unacceptable and in fact illegal. Furthermore, looked them up on glassdoor to see prior employees complaining of how they have been mistreated and were yelled at everyday. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two items on April 15th and paid the extra $16.99 for expedited shipping as I absolutely needed the items to arrive by April 21st. Realizing after I made the purchase that they take days to even ship the items, I went ahead and submitted a cancellation request prior to the shipping. I received no response from them whatsoever, instead receiving a message that my items had shipped two days later. After sending them another message about this via their contact form, email, and social medias since I could not be sure they would answer, I finally get a response out of them. Given their lack of response, I told them I was expecting a FULL refund, including shipping and that I refused to pay the $9.99 return fee as well. They didn't respond until after I messaged them TWICE, to which they doubled down and told me I would have to pay the fee. I have messaged them now twice regarding escalating the issue and they refused to respond after several messages.

On the 30th when it had more than two weeks since I had placed the order and had yet to receive it, I opened a dispute with AfterPay as KOODING could not be trusted to actually respond to open customer inquiries, even after emailing them twice, sometimes three times in a row. They doubled down and tried to claim that I refused delivery, which I did not. I even reached out to DHL to confirm such and KOODING still refused to respond to me. AfterPay helped mediate the dispute and KOODING tried to resolve the matter by refunding all but $31.99 of my transaction for shipping costs and return fee. They seriously tried to charge me $31.99 for an order I NEVER RECEIVED. After many messages and escalation, it wasn't until I said I planned to sue in small claims that AfterPay (not KOODING) agreed to give me back my $31.99. Throughout all of this KOODING refused to respond to my emails and only corresponded with AfterPay.

I would not recommend this company to anyone in fact I would strongly advise AGAINST doing your business with them unless you plan on being ripped off and continually ignored. There is some seriously shameful incompentency here and a sincere lack of care for their customers. When my package didn't arrive I should have been met with an immediate refund and customer care coming to a proper resolution, not with blame. I shouldn't have had to fight tooth and nail for something where I so clearly needed assistance and was deserving of a refund.

It looks like they have a tendency to reply to reviews on here so let me preempt that by refuting some things they said to AfterPay: I did not make false claims in my dispute against them, nor did I ever refuse delivery of any package (and I have the chat transcripts with DHL attesting to such). Yes, I was upset at first about my order not arriving when I expected it by and did try to cancel it initially, but the order simply NEVER arrived, and they tried to use my initial cancel request as a smokescreen for them simply never delivering my order. Don't let these people fool you, they don't care about you or your happiness as a customer, they literally only care about your money and will fight you tooth and nail for every single penny if they find any opportunity.

Do not give these fools any of your business. There are much better websites out there which offer similar products. You can also usually buy directly from the brand without KOODING's markup.

They are selling masks claiming they protect the wearer from coronavirus when they don't allow the wearer to actually breathe through the mask. The air is pulled in from around the sides, leaving the wearer completely vulnerable to whatever is in the air. Kooding's response when asked about it was this,

"We are sorry to hear that you did not like the products. However, breathing around the side is normal in cotton masks with minimum air flow through the front and it does in fact protect from the virus. If you are looking for high level of protection we are soon launching KN95 masks which will allow better protection."

The mask they're selling doesn't work and when you complain, they won't let you return it and instead try to sell you something else. I regret not doing more research on this company before giving them my money.

There are so many unique brands and items! Love shopping at kooding. I wish they could carry bigger sizes, I had to return a dress that was little small for me, and their customer service helped me out quickly.

I order my items back in February and until now I never got my item. I contact and cancel my order they said they will refund but never got my money. Once they took your money you lost it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

This company is an online thief.
Never received my purchases, and when you confront them, you get NO response. Read the reviews, many others have experienced the same.
