I was happy with their service before. I recently bought two dresses. One dress was out of stock. I received the other dress, supposed to be cotton dress. But it is not. I tried to return it and found they set up road blocks for return. They want you to send request first and they also charge big processing fee. Very disappointed. Will never shop from them again.

I recently bought a purse from this website. Couple days later, I saw exactly same purse sold on Chinese web for much cheaper price. I wondered if the purse would be same. A month later, I got my purse, it is same with the purse on Chinese web. The package was sent from China, packaging is bad. Purse is not worth the price I paid for. The material is not as described as cow leather. I would not mind if the price is cheaper like the Chinese web. I do mind it if they charge the high price and the quality doesn't match. Do not shop from this web, you can get same stuff from Chinese shopping website for much cheaper price.

After reading other reviews, I felt really bad about my order. I was going to wait till Monday to send them e-mail to follow up with the case. Last night, I checked my e-mail and found they approved the case and sent me a return label. The case for review took 4 days. At this point, I felt so much better. I did not get any angry messages from seller either. The label was printed and order was sent back today. One reviewer said is correct, if the products are used, sellers should not use the NWT and try to cheat. So far I had 3 buying experiences and 1 selling experience from this site. Not sure if I should keep buying from here.

I have both selling and buying experiences on Poshmark. Overall, the selling and buying transactions were OK until last week. I ordered the designer sunglasses from a seller, the seller identified this sunglasses as new, never worn. Once I received the sunglasses, I realized that the sunglasses is used. I see scratches on Both legs and scratches on the lenses. I contacted the customer service and filed the report and requested to return. The next day, got e-mail from customer service, asking me to turn in more photos, same thing just like the other reviewer mentioned. I turned in 7 more pictures and waiting for the answer. From the other reviewers information, probably they will refuse to return. I will put more reviews once I hear from them.

Later on, I gained the access to coupon Cabin again and get several cash back. Some of the cash back seem lower than what they promised. Better to chose the deal you know how much money you are getting, such as $ 10 back when you buy over 150.

I have seen some other people saying their account have been blocked. I am experiencing the same thing. After the first payback, I couldn't access the web any more. E mail sent to them, I got access for couple more days after that. Then lost it again. I think they are blocking people on purpose.

After the comments on their Facebook about bad experience with customer service, the management fixed the problem. The major problem in their customer service are:
They don't have any problem solving skills. You want problems to be fixed, and they don't make effort to fix it, just telling you to return your order.

They also don't have basic math skills. That can be related to lack of job training too. No logical thinking either. They can't do simple task like doing price adjustment.

Another problem is they lie to the customers. When I called to double check if they did price adjustment for me. The staff said I can do it for you. I asked "did the staff I talk to earlier do it?" The staff answered " yes, she did it, I will do it for you again." If the staff did it earlier, why you need to do it again. The bunch of lies.

The staff in their customer service are not helping their company to grow. They are their to destroy the company.

I ordered a pair of sandals from Tory Burch.com and decided to return them right after I got them. I sent them back next day and customer care got them on 2/8. I waited for a week and did not see refund to show. I called the customer service and they stated the refund would take 14 business days. That is 3 weeks. I never had to wait that long for refund from other business. They are using customers' money to make interests. Will Never order from them again.

I have seen some bad reviews on this web. I was really nervous before I placed my order. Then I thought just give a try. I got a great deal for the purse and got 2 day free delivery. Everything went well.

I ordered the jacket on their web. I was very disappointed when I received it. I decided to return it and found out I had paid for shipment for return too. Don't order anything from them. Their clothes are garbage.
