If it is too good to be true, watch out! You bet your life, it is. That was my first experience and that will be my last one. Besides, I don't think this company will be around much longer. So my advise to you all, rather go somewhere else and pay more. I ordered 2 books and was promised delivery in 7 days. I received just 1 book and when I called them a day later, was told to cancel if I can not wait 5-7 days more. They were very rude. I wish them luck with that kind of attitude.

Terrible experience. Would never try ordering from them again unless you enjoy the slow process. Customer service is a Bot mostly and you have to dig to get to a chat with an actual person. No phone number to talk to an individual. Overall just a run around for nothing. Thank goodness my funds were refunded.

I placed an order for a book around the time my program was starting, I entered correct payment and shipping information for it, Knetbooks confirmed my order and charged my card (the correct amount was taken out of my account), and Knetbooks cancelled my order without warning two days later claiming something was "inconsistent" with my payment information. I reached out several times for clarification on the issue and to offer more information if necessary, and never got a response. Now I am stranded without the book and have missed 2 weeks of school content because of this issue. Thanks for nothing!

Twice Amazon has failed me as I attempted to rent textbooks from them, once sending the wrong textbook altogether, and the second time, not promising to get it to me until my three-week crash course was over. Knetbooks not only beat Amazon's shipping time by almost 3 weeks but they sent me the correct book. Mind blowing.
I will no longer be renting textbooks through Amazon! So glad I found Knetbooks!

Returned them in August. At the end of December, I receive an email
Stating they "never got them" but showed that the return postage was
Printed and now that it's so late, you can't even track the shipping
Number (after 120 days). They decided to charge my cc $121! For a $15
Rental! SCAM! I will never use them again. I should have known not to
Rent from a different place. 4 years of no problems with other rentals
And the one time I try something new... this happens. NEVER AGAIN!

Great prices overall. I prefer to bye rented books because 9 times out of 10 I won't ever use the books again. So renting works best for me. Being able to send them back hassle free when my semester is over is great.

Wow, textbooks are a racket and saving us some money for the son's college education is a battle. I had never heard of Knetbooks but they definitely had the best rental price for this book. Will use again.

Found both books needed for classes with no problem. Chose the rental option, glad to see there is an opportunity to purchase at the end of the rental period. I signed up for text notifications which sent me a tracking number for my package a day after I submitted the order. Books came in within the week. I will say though I was expecting to get the tracking number via email too so that was a little weird. But both books came in great condition and the packaging can be reused for the return.

Access code was unused for a used book. Cheap books. I wasn't going to buy the book for my class since it was online but it was $6 so why not

I would never buy my books from here again! I've needed my lab book for almost two weeks now, so I ordered on here and paid the extra fee so that it would come within 4-5 business days. After a week now, it still says order processing. I have contacted support, who still has not gotten back to me. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

I saved nearly 100 bucks on 3 books that were required. Yes, I am renting, not buying, but the amount I saved is more than enough to deal with the little hassle of shipping them back, especially considering I can use that money for better things.

Very convenient ordering process, lots of options for the books you need! Saved me so much money on a particular book, really appreciate the service. Shipping was quite slow even with the $10 2-3 day shipping, but it was worth it since it got to my house in time for the next class!

My experience was great. Every single semester that I've had to rent textbooks from knetbooks has been great. The books have always come in decent shape and in a decent amount of time before my classes start.

Charged me for a damaged book. Said 1/3 of book had water damaged and couldn't be used. Sent me pics of a slightly wrinkled back cover- which is how they sent it to me. Charged me almost $200 without even contacting me first. Customer service just says they have to take warehouses word for it and can't help. Scam artist is all they are! Please don't rent from this company.The picture they sent as proof of damage is exactly how I was sent. Look closely guys- this is $200 worth of damage according to Kent books.

My order was cancelled with an email message: "Our internal system recognized irregularities in your payment information and automatically cancelled your order." I tried to reach to support but got no response.
