My textbooks took over 2 weeks to arrive. The estimated delivery dates provided during checkout were misleading. Customer service was not helpful.

Waited impatiently, took a couple days longer than I would have liked, but book arrived, beautiful condition, plenty of time to complete first assignment. I look forward to returning it with ease when my course is completed.

I first wrote: Pretty quick, secure set-up, plus coupon actually worked!
However, more than a week (2?) later, book is still AWOL with just one email with no info/expected date.
Will likely cancel order if possible.

Went right online and ordered. No issue. It was brought to me in about a week just in time for my course. I have rented many textbooks from y'all and the service is always great. Will continue to shop here.

Knetbooks shipped my item quicker than anticipated, especially considering I ordered right before a holiday weekend. The book arrived in great condition. I appreciate the clear communication on how to return textbooks once the rental period is over.

Knetbooks offered great prices on the materials that I needed. Some books had a lot of highlighting, but overall good experience.

Easy interface, quick checkout. I particularly liked that the delivery was very fast, especially for the price of standard shipping. Given the supply chain issues, this site has done a better job than any business I have ordered from in the last year and a half.

Still haven't received my book that was ordered expedited shipping in 8/30. Asked for status and they can't give me one. Told me would ship out on 9/7 and order is still processing. Horrible customer service! Do not order from here!

Got what I ordered. I guess you'll send me info on how to send them back.

Edited: I called and they fixed the problem. I don't think they respond to emails. If you have an issue, call first.

I rented a textbook for a summer class. I returned the textbook in September even though it was due the following December. I received multiple emails to return the book. I did! I've reached out multiple times and no response. Will not be using in the future.

I only received communication about the status of my order when I specifically asked for it from customer service.

Google search pulled up Knetbooks as a source for a French published book, much to my surprise. I had to create a log in and go thru the whole ordering process only to get an email one day later saying they do not have stock on the advertised book.

Easy, safe checkout. Great descriptions. Book is brand new. Will be sure to keep up with it hence I got a rental. Delivered to my house in less than a week, very convenient. In my nail class right now using the book. Saved money. Awesome.

My daughter is a new college student. I ordered her books from several sites. This place had no problem taking my money and over 9 days later after told it would ship within 5 days still no book and no one can tell me why or when it will ship. My books from chegg Amazon and textbook.com have all come in. They also say it will take at least a week to get my money back. I will never use this company again you can't speak to a supervisor nobody seems to know anything even simple questions like why it hasn't shipped when it will ship or what is going on. If you want your books in any time frame at all please use any other bookstore online
