Ordering the book was easy. The book was shipped quickly and looked brand new. Highly recommend this service!

I ordered a textbook from Knet, returned on time in perfect condition as I used the book only one time, yet they charged my credit card full replacement value of $382.91 due to water damage or maybe it never arrived, they were not sure. They did not return emails, have no phone number and offered NO proof my book was damaged in any way except the photo below. Seriously?! What book is this? Is it even the book I ordered? DO NOT ORDER from this company

I never received the book and that even after I paid extra for one day shipping. I cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

Overall it was prtty good, the quality of the book itself was also really good. Rental is cheap so yeah

I made a purchase for rental textbooks on May 4th and it is May 23rd and I still have not received my textbooks. The company failed to respond to my messages send through their customer service system and through email. Also they have failed to reach out to explain why my purchase has not arrived. They have taken my payment and given me nothing in return.

Only received two of the three books I ordered. I hate to pay for the MLA book again. Sad it didn't come in. The other two books came in and are in PERFECT condition.

The rental book arrived in a very bad condition, with pages falling apart, the cover terribly worn. I had to take a second look to ensure it's the right edition. It's hard to believe that the book has been published less than 3 years ago.

None of my tracking codes worked or were updated so I just had to wait and hope my textbooks would arrive on time.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Found all the books I needed for the semester for half the price I would have paid at school.

I chose Knetbooks because it was cheaper than multiple websites. I purchased a book back end of February and have yet to receive the book. The shipping updates are unclear. They don't even have a phone number to call! I tried contacting live customer service, which helped find my order. The website says orders take 1-2 days to process and 6-10 days to ship. It only shipped a week after I placed the order. It will now be arriving after I start classes for my master's degree... Extremely dissatisfied and will never use Knetbooks again.

I received my book in excellent condition! Shipping was fast and I am now fully prepared to study this semester!

Ordered (for purchase) and had my order cancelled and (mostly) refunded three days later without any notification. Only way I knew was the refund showed up on my credit card. Notification so I could find an alternative should be an automatic part of their order system.

Received an email notification indicating that my textbook had arrived. Package was nowhere to be found. Waited 2 days, as the email suggested, but still no package. I reached out using the instructions provided, and what I received was the response attached here. No responsibility was taken for my lost package, and they had the gall to tell me I would be responsible for a rental that never arrived.

I am stunned at what passes for customer service with this vendor, and encourage everyone to think twice before making any orders with this company, lest they might like to find themselves in the same boat.

Book arrived in well condition, nothing stands out to note.
