I thought I would be ready for class on time in the middle of Jan. When I ordered books in Dec. But I still haven't received my full order. I only received part of it and it shows that my other book keeps getting shipped from hub to hub all around and so close to my house. Very disappointed on their shipping process.

My discount code did not work! And your S&H fee is CRAZY! And KNET Books cancelled my order for NO reason. What a crazy and dysfunctional company this is. Then eCampus.com did the same thing, and also charged CRAZY S&H rates. Every ABC Inc. company (KNET BOOKS + ECAMPUS BOOKS) is bizarrely DYSFUNCTIONAL. Truly unbelievable. I was eventually charged $40 + an earlier $10 for shipping this book for what eCampus.com called "UPS ONE-DAY SHIPPING" but it took 5 DAYS to arrive, and yet we were still charged the crazy $40 S&H rate by eCampus.com, who also refused to return the original $10 S&H cost. MIND-BOGGLINGLY incompetent and illogical and dysfunctional company. SO FRUSTRATING and such an UNFORGIVABLE RIP-OFF!

I was able to conveniently place the order. Received the book within few days.

Item ordered was presumably available when ordered online, but order was cancelled a week later due to unavailability. Had to try to find and purchase item elsewhere. Unable to receive replacement in time to give as Christmas present. Not happy!

After going through all the bother with setting up an account and being charged for the book it was not available. I doubt it was ever actually available.

I was looking for a way to buy the textbook at the cheapest price and Knetbooks was my best bet. I'm glad was able to obtain it without much issue and now can use for my COM 101 class.

It was a much needed book for church Bible study. We could use more copies if you have them. I've looked all over the web and it seems it's a hard to find book. Do you have anymore copies?

I was looking for books to rent and compared websites and Knetbooks had the book I needed to rent for the best price! Delivery date was as expected and showed up on time.

Book didn't arrive after two weeks. I contacted customer service and was told the book was on backorder and could come in any time. Another two weeks, still no book. Eventually I cancelled. I haven't gotten my money back, that appears to be a slow process too.
