Ordered book days before accelerated class was to begin to assure I had it in time. Never received a tracking number as was told when ordered and had to contact the company when the book had not arrived 10 days after I ordered it. Was told it went out before a tracking number could be given. When book arrived 2 days later ( now 13 days from when ordered), there was clearly a tracking number on the package. So glad this is my last class and will never have to rent or order textbooks again because this was a bit stressful.
There is no customer service. All inquiries went unanswered

After going through all the bother with setting up an account and being charged for the book it was not available. I doubt it was ever actually available.
I don't plan on ever using knetbooks.com ever again. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever seen. I paid for over $40 of express shipping to get all of my books on time. Only have of my order showed up on time. The other half showed up late. When looking to reach out to customer service on the site, there was no number to call, only text, which is a bit bizarre. After reaching out via text to the number provided on the website, I never heard a response back. I reached out via email and it took several days to get a response back. The only reason I believe I even got a response back days later, was because I contacted the company listed on the box used for the first part of my order sent, which again should have all been sent at once. When I reached out to ecampus.com I was able to get in contact with someone. I didn't receive money back for my express order, but at least the customer service rep gave me one day shipping for the next part of my order, which was inconveniently late. I was also given $15 for future use, but that'll sit there in limbo forever at this point. Totally dissatisfied with this company and with the customer service of knetbooks. Express shipping shouldn't be offered if you can't get the books to someone on time. If I hear people saying they plan on using this company, I will make sure to warn them.

I am not happy with the delivery because I used to pay extra money for speedy delivery, and my book came three days later.
Extremely dissatisfied. Never received the boo. Ended up canceling after waiting for the book to arrive. No interaction from them regarding expected arrival date would never order from them in the future.
I had no issues whatsoever. My book arrived right on time. The item was in perfect condition and the online code was usable and not scratched off whatsoever.
I was excited to find some novels listed at great prices and to order for my kid's birthday. After a few days, I received word that one of the three books was unavailable and being canceled. After several more days, when the order had been delayed too long to arrive for the birthday and with no more updates, I canceled the other two items. Very disappointing experience!

I was looking for a way to buy the textbook at the cheapest price and Knetbooks was my best bet. I'm glad was able to obtain it without much issue and now can use for my COM 101 class.
Placing and finding my book was easy I did have some technical difficulties but for the most part they had the best price and once my order was placed there was communication on the status of my order.
It's very easy to locate the products that you need especially if you have an ISBN number. The delivery is usually pretty quick I received my package within five business days.
I found the site easy to navigate and checkout was just as easy!

My book was slightly damaged and I can't find my order on my account so I'm not sure how I will return the book once my rental is over. I haven't heard back from customer service yet.
It took almost 2 weeks to receive this order. I didn't like waiting that long compared to other textbook rental companies.
Answer: Infinity, because you will never receive it. And if you do receive it, it comes damaged and then when you try to return your rental that try saying the original damage is your fault and charge you a ridiculous price for a small damage that had already come with it. Or sometimes several pages are missing.
Answer: Hi Tatum, We do allow some highlighting in our rentals but we ask that you dont highlight excessively. If you return the rental back to us with over one-third of the text highlighted, we may have to mark the book as damaged. Highlighting can be distracting for future renters and we may not be able to add an overly-highlighted book back into our inventory. Consider using page flags to mark an important sentence. Flags can help you easily get back to the page you need. Page flags are also small enough that they can be used multiple times on the same page.
