We are the sole automated car wash in Bermuda and though being a smaller client, the employees at Kleen-Rite are dedicated and helpful especially dealing with the ins and outs of the shipment process. Their vast selection of products has helped bring us up to the next level of not only cleaning and polishing but a better overall customer experience and longer lasting clean. Kleen-rite has been a massive help in finding new products to better suit our needs and has a vast selection of anything Car Wash. I highly recommend Kleen-rite to anyone looking for a better ordering experience and ask for Brent, He is the Best!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. You check in at the office and tell them you are there to pick up the order and they come right out. The staff helped me to load my order in my car.

This is the second time we have purchased from Kleen-Rite. Both times they have had in stock what we needed and both times, from order to receiving the items was super fast. The price was far better then many other retailers out there as well.

Received part of my order and invoice. Tracking number was good to track.

Great website with accurate listings, descriptions, and pictures. The first problem I have with it is anytime something is backordered, there is zero notification. If 2 or more items are ordered and only 1 is in stock, the whole order does not ship until the backordered item comes in with no notification of that. 2nd point is going into order history it still shows orders in process or have not shipped yet, when I already have the part in hand.
I will still order products but might be better to call and order them to avoid the problem of out of stock items slowing down shipping.

When I placed the order, I told the gentleman I will be using a purchase order, but he did not mention that the payment had to be on a credit card. It will be more convenient if I could use a purchase order for ordering instead of a credit card. I have a limit for CC purchases and was only able to purchase one pump instead of the two that i needed.

First, I had problems making my order because the sellers wouldn't accept my card (Mexican MasterCard), offer any payment alternatives, or even answer my e-mails - they were really unhelpful and the situation was not solved until I had to call customer service. Then, I had problems picking up my order because the address (specifically the recipient's name) was not correctly stated in the package.

It took waaayyyy too long to receive my purchase (weeks), and it was not the correct part for my application. Will not be shopping at Kleen right, I cannot operate my business on a snails pace. I don't even want to ask about the return policy, it will probably takes 6 months to get the refund.

When placing an inernational order I do get confirmation that my order has been placed and Kleen-rite will need to confirm freight costs and get back to me, which is great and understandable. It's at this point where it seems to get lost in the system and I have to remind Kleen-rite via email to send me a total cost, with freight so I can pay for the order in full to be processed and sent. After that point it seems to run smoothly every time.

Kleen -rite Corp customer service reps are always friendly and very knowleageable of the products offered online and the catalog. Order placed was correct and delivered in a timely manner. All orders are timely shipped to our place of business.

The experience with Kleen-Rite was much better than your supplier American Changer. We ordered a coin hopper for an American Changer from Kleen-rite and it was not correct. An online order as much my fault as anyone. Called American Changer to see if they had an adapter to make it work and they sent me a part that was of no use, and then said there would be a 25% restocking fee. Called Kleen-Rite and they took the original coin hopper back and (great) and through conversation with American Changer sold the correct one. Shipping from American Changer took a couple of weeks ( not great)

We have been satisfied customers of Kleen-rite since 1985 when we purchased our business. They have always been great to deal with, friendly, and helpful always.

This is the second time I've ordered from Kleen-Right Corp and it definitely won't be the last! I'm extremely impressed with the speedy delivery when I make an order and the pricing is very fair. Communication and follow up with the purchase and delivery is great!

We are able to find everything we need for our 6 bay car and truck wash, and at a great price.
