My overall experience as been pleasant with Kleen-Rite Corp. I would like to shout out Jamie Widener for his professionalism and attention to detail. He is quick with responses and always saves me time with detailed and precise information.

Well to start with after entering my card info on the website it was immediately hacked. Then the part ordered was delayed for more that a month and when we made contact about why the responces werre very vague.
But so far so good with the parts we received.

I called Kleen-rite told them what I needed. He made an order for me, and I paid, he had it shipped. It took a few days to get here, but it was in excellent condition, no scratches, dents. They set it out in the driveway.

We have an excellent relationship with your sales and other related staff. In fact, I would say that Kleen rite service is super. Your staff all over is the best.

Phone is always answered quickly, staff have product knowledge, they are always helpful and polite. It's like calling a company 30years ago!

The person that takes the phone call knows his stuff and has helped when ordering parts and mention did you want the O ring that's needed? Saved me BIG TIME!

I am having issues with a 310 Cat pump and called for a little assistance and was told by your salesperson that Tom would get back in touch with me. I have not heard from anyone since then. I called on 2/3/25 and if I remember correctly again on 2/6/25

I needed some fittings that are not common sizes and the folks at Kleen-rite had them in stock at reasonable prices and ready of quick shipment. That always seems to be the case, whether the items are out of the ordinary or commonly used in the industry.

Always helpful and efficient! Just wish shipping was free for easier budget forecasting.

Took advantage of $750 free shipping. Order arrived quickly as usual.

Shipment arrives the next day (I live near dist. Facility). Wash brush boxes came all smashed up inside the delivery box. Brushes were in excellent shape though. I get about 6 months use out of a brush. I work 60-65 hrs. A week in ready-mix concrete delivery. Works great for washing Mixer drums, the truck cab and especially inside all the aluminum rims. I can wash a rim assembly axle cap and 10 lug nuts in 15 seconds. We use a diluted acid to clean our trucks. This Nog Hair Multi-Level brush retains (hold) a lot of acid. I can clean all the glass windows in 1 shot. I Love this brush, more work less time!
