I've had a wonderful experience buying from Kleen-rite for a few years now. They have a wide offering of products and keep a great stock of inventory - so we can stay up and running with minimal down time.

Kleen rite always comes through. I needed an order quickly, it came the next day, without any additional shipping. I have access to other products for my dog wash, many have no shipping charges at all Kleen rites products are made for the dog wash and I never have to dilute the concentration. So shipping charges are off set with the easy of product use.

We have been using the Dr. Joe microfiber towels for over a year now, and just discovered the 300 GSM towels for only $0.05 cents more per towel than the previous ones we were using which were the 215 GSM towels. Very absorbent and our guests love them.

Had our pressure hoses shipped to CVS to save on shipping. When we went to pick them up, CVS was trying to refuse giving them to us. They tried saying they were waiting on pressure hoses too (lmao) and that the invoice had their name on it so they didn't want to give them up until I showed them all my paperwork. Feel like Kleen Rite should maybe put customer info on the paperwork that the item is shipped with to avoid this.

It would be really nice if we could see the estimated shipping in our cart, before we place an order. I have to call each time I want to place an order to see what the shipping will be. Then when I do get the quote it's not always right, so frustrating. I order most of our supplies from another company because I know what the total is going to be before I place my orders. I also get free shipping with many of them if we order more than $100 at a time. I like Keen-rites products mbut I do most of our shopping elsewhere because of your unknow shipping costs until after orders are place or if I take the time to call each time.

We have been a customer for over 30 years. Kleen-Rite has always come thru. Unfortunately our car wash in Barnsdall, Oklahoma was destroyed by an EF 4 Tornado May 6,2024. The building is gone. ( Don't know where it went), Maybe Kansas! Jackie in customer service allowed us to return a pallet of soap we just bought and was strored in a safe building. She arranged shipping back to Texas and will process a credit. What a bright lite in such dark times. Thanks for all you have done for us.
