Ordered tank got purchase # picked up in yard with courteous assistance & was on my way quickly couldnt have gone better thanks

The waiting time was too long and even at that communication would have ease things out but nobody call or email that there was going to be any delay.

This is the only place in the dang world that I can find these specific window cleaning towels that are the best. Shipping is somewhat crazy though for what they're doing. Suggest buying as many as you think you'll need all at once so you don't have to pay 30$ to ship each time

My order was right and no problems and the order was completed in a very short time

Excellent customer service. Very fast delivery. 20+ items ordered. All but one delivered next day. Last item came 1 day later. Many thanks to order taker and shipping department for such fast delivery.

I find the website very good, but there are still a few features that could be improved
1) When searching for an Item, it would be nice to see all similar items
2) It is currently diabolical to search for previous orders. This could be much improved.

Bought a case of my FAVORITE wipes ( KR Part #: VS702) that I use for everything. Had an issue ordering online. Called in and the agent resolved quickly and my delivery happened in two days. Great company and great cleaning product. Thank you. I'll be back.

If I could give her a 10 out of 5 I would. Not only did she help me with the problem I had which was to help me get an invoice that was never sent to me but then took the time to help find a part I was having a problem with and making it able to be ordered again through your system. This makes it not only easier for me to get the part, but it also allows your company to make the profit on it because I was going to order it direct from the manufacturer. I manage a car wash and I wish my people had half of her customer service acumen and attention to detail. I am not sure how much she gets paid but she is worth more. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I never had any issues ordering products from Kleen-Rite corp. They will let you know if a product is out of stock, or your order is on the way to your location.

Have not received my order, decided to call for a follow up. Usually most of my orders come by UPS or FedEx, this time was delivered by the Postal Service. That threw me off! My mistake not to check my mailbox more frequently. Thank you for helping me out.

The product I ordered was backordered. Not a big issue, but better communication on lead time / product timeframe expectation would have been appreciated. I had to locally substitute the item and my products showed up 2 days later. Had I known when to expect it, I would have held off purchasing an alternate product.

The chemical didn't work they sent another. It didn't work call and they gave me Lot of information. It worked thank you

I needed a key to my shampoo machine and they were able to help me with that.

Customer service is fantastic.
Packaging of ordered parts is poor. By the time I receive shipment, any package holding parts has been destroyed from bouncing around. One shipment had a hole created from a heavy part inside and some smaller parts got lost (That's how I experienced Customer service).
I wanted some custom pressure hose made and got a partial job done. They cut the hose to length, but didn't install any parts on the ends.
