A very experienced agent that knows the product line very well and is able to tell me what I have ordered in the past and can advise me on what is the best product for the price to fulfill my needs. He has up to date availability and can tell me instantly if the product is in stock or not. I appreciate his advice and honest opinions.

Have been doing business with Kleen Rite for 20 years. And in the hundreds of orders they have shipped to me. There were only 3 mistakes. Prices are competitive and service is excellent.

The ordering process was easy,. Customer rep was helpful with questions that I had. The only issue I had was with the freight company who unloaded the full pallet into a snow bank in the driveway of my yard and never called first. I know your supposed to inspect the order at delivery but that's hard to do when you are not notified. Thankfully nothing was stolen or frozen in the time before I went home

Needed a wiring harness for a Hamilton Changer. I didn't have my account number with me and was not sure about the part number. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He found me in the system, confirmed the part number I was looking for, and I received the harness in a few days.

I have an issue that when I place an order and you split ship the order that I am paying for shipping for each delivery.

Parts were received but seemed expensive. It is annoying to be forced to say more than I want to. My other problem is that I am an equal partner and should be allowed to have access to our online account without having to use my partners User name and password.

I needed a replacement pump for my carpet cleaning machine. I have used Kleen-rite in the past and their service has always been great. This time was no exception. The pump arrived in 2 days and I was back in business. I will definately order from Kleen-rite again.

Needed a couple weep guns, dreaded ording becasue of historic high shipping costs, pleased to fine cheaper shipping options, parts also arrived quicker than expected.

Every time I've had cause to contact Kleen-Rite with an issue I'm having, or a product question, they've been nothing but helpful. Have needede their expertise many times over the years, and they have always delivered.

Kleen-Rite has proven to have a great variety of parts that we need. That said, the pricing could be a bit more competitive compared with some other vendors I've used previously or found online. Also, would be nice to have an ETA when order confirmations are sent. This review prompt came when clicking an email link asking if we'd received an order. We did receive it, though it was shipped 16 days after the order was originally placed. Even a "item on backorder" notice would at least give us an understanding on the delay.

Customer service was awesome and the order shipped and arrived super quickly. Everything was packed nicely and nicely labeled boxes. Someone called me within an hour of placing the order to discuss shipping to save me over $100. So nice! Thank you!

It is possible I missed the fact that the item would take some item to get to a point that shipping was known; we lost business based on a back order.

I had to wait a couple of weeks to have my item shipped. During the wait, my credit card was compromised. I received an email with a number to call, called it and the transaction was handled very professionally!

We are the sole automated car wash in Bermuda and though being a smaller client, the employees at Kleen-Rite are dedicated and helpful especially dealing with the ins and outs of the shipment process. Their vast selection of products has helped bring us up to the next level of not only cleaning and polishing but a better overall customer experience and longer lasting clean. Kleen-rite has been a massive help in finding new products to better suit our needs and has a vast selection of anything Car Wash.
