I usually buy my carwash and air/vaccum parts as well carwash soap, soon I am buying J.D Adams air/vaccum for my newly purchased gas station in Maryland, my favorite vaccum 9200 series,

I cannot state my anger and frustration of waiting for most of two months to receive a $5 motor brush.
I both called and emailed multiple times and no one could tell me when the product would ship. If I had any idea of the timeline I could have placed an order elsewhere and gotten it in a week. I only placed the second order because no one thought to inform me that I would get a single brush for a motor that needed 2 brushes. The other sites that carried the same product sold them as pairs as no motor needs just one brush replaced. So it took from September 24th until December 8th for me to get two $5 brushes.

Jacob from the live chat was nothing less than amazing. Definitely hope the guy gets a good raise for the extra work and time he puts in to assure i get the parts i need.

I have been a long time customer with Kleen Rite; way back when the sales flier looked like they came out of a copier. I worked with Mike and Keith, but my everyday contact was with Keith. I ordered with Keith for years, eventually he handed me off to Steve Kelly. I know I am a high maintenance customer; probably why Keith handed me over to Steve. He has been GREAT!

Easy use on Website, Find the parts by using manufacturer part number! Simple and fast. Love this vendor for emergency parts, or monthly stock flow of supply and product.

I needed a specific sandpiper pump looked on line Kleen-Rite had the best price and prompt shipping have used them twice on two separate occasions will use them again

They delivered to the wrong address. The other car wash figured out that it wasn't theirs and called me. T force picked it back up. The pallet had been taken apart. I bucket leaking.

The products I ordered arrived as described with good shipping time. I will continue to order through Kleen-Rite.

Had some issues to start the machine and I couldn't get any one from Kleen Rite to guide me to the process of getting this problem solved. I wanted to returned it for el full credit and they said that I couldn't because, now the problem was going to be between me and Mytee Co. I called Mytee and the nearest place to fix it was Colorado, and I live in Az. I found a place in Phx 75 miles away. Took it in for repair, they charged me $135.00, my gas and time. Plus I had to canceled 3 details for that particular day. Your customer service wasnt able to handle my issue properly.

Ordered over the phone, confirmation email within 15 minutes. Shipping confirmation email a couple hours later. Really like the fact that I can check that task off my list and go about my day.

Please next time put it in the right place

Information was always available as to where the parts were coming from and when I was expected to receive them.

I do not know how to order things, but it helps Julian I can call and get help. It seems lack the salesman helps me get what I need with a concern effort.

Everything was great - except that I was not told that the items were to be drop shipped from the manufacturer and that would take about 3-4 weeks.
