A year ago, I ordered $300.00,3 dresses and 2 shirts. The dresses were made of very thin, cheap material and fell apart. Even Walmarts clothes are made better. The two shirts were $40.00 a piece. I bought them for my daughter. First, the colors were totally different than the catalog and second, they too were made of cheap cotton, thin material. Now, I got their credit offer for $1,000.00 but it was a hard pull on my credit and lowered my overall score. I paid it off immediately with my debit card. All I can say is I warn you, you will be very sorry if you buy from this company. I believe their clothes come from a third world country and are made by people who make about 50 cents day. Trust these bad reviews because they are true.
I ordered some items from this company last year or Maybe before Christmas holidays and I never received the package but sure got a BILL from this company. If it was put on the porch at my door anyone could have got it. I am very disappointed and have been for over 1-2 years
I am disappointed in the shipping prices and the extra expenses of returning items which were not sized correctly. We are forced to pay tax on shipping costs so to have such huge shipping costs jacks up the tax and makes the items more expensive than its worth. I had to pay $13 to get a $20 item. Then had to return to get another size and was charged $7.95 return fee with tax added on. So in the end I paid double for the item. I have cancelled my business with them and will no longer shop with them.
I have had my Original Account for at least a year. I received 2 different statements, both had 2 different balances. Anytime I charge something, I use the Account Number that was assigned to me. So how did they open a new account for me when I charged something? And they explained that, unfortunately it happens. Why did they do this without my knowledge? That has never happened, and I am not ok with it. Why should I be responsible for their mistake? And got 2 of the rudest Customer Service Reps. I loved this Company, but after this incident, I will close my account.
Ordered 2 sweaters back in November as Christmas gifts. The order came in and was the wrong size and color and one was missing. Called the company. They told me to return the one I received and that they would send me the correct sizes and colors. The customer service was terrible and very rude. Got my replacement order and that was also wrong. Had to call again and got another rude employee. Finally got the two sweaters that I ordered. They was $35 a piece and now I have been calling customer service because they are trying to charge me almost $100 for 2 sweaters. Will NEVER order through them again. Customer service has been rude every time I have called. Sat on the phone for 2 hours just to be told the department I need is closed for the day and I would have to call back AGAIN! So this will be the 6th total phone calls made to K Jordan just to get one order fixed.
I like their merchandise, but unfortunately I will not buy from them anymore because shipping has been VERY unreliable and everything arrives very late, after rescheduling multiple times. I tried to complain, maybe get a different shipping option, but the supervisor at costumer service really didn't care about my order, my problem. Bye KJordan
I am always happy with my purchase and satisfied with the quality, the only complaint I have, is the shipping charges are way too high, other that that, I have no complaints. Customer service is also satisfactory
I love kjordan, everything is great, customer service is great, the merchandise is beautiful and true to size. I have never had a complaint about them. By the way, wonderful sales and on the season. Not like winter items in the summer. Im kjordas biggest fan.
Please dont order anything from this store i return an item because the item did not fit and the want me to pay them 36.00 dollar for returning the item i should have kept the item and sold it i have ordered from the store Vensus and returned items that did not fit and they did not charge me a fee for returning items this is a rip off 36.00 is a high amount for a return fee reps should tell u this at the time of purchase dont want this to happen to anyone else i have contacted the better business bureau
The shabby establishment shipped an itme to me and Fedex returned the item stating they had the wrong address, the address was entered by the merchant which is K jordan. Fedex returned the item to the shipper and K Jordan refused to refund my shipping cost (37.99) even though I never received the item and neither was I the one that returned the item. This was my first order with them and the last.
There customer service has to be the rudest people. There clothes are very poor quailty. The shirts Ibought from them had holes in them as after a few weeks. The pants are the same poor quailty. They are very expensive. Do not waste your money.
They lost track of my payments, they are inconsistent, uncooperative and unreliable. We made several attempts to rectify their mistakes. Despite long long phone conversations and promises that our account had been updated -- the next bill is yet again completely wrong. No tracking system. I recommend you stay away from any payment plan with this company and it's affiliates. Masseys, etc.
Received a catalog from k. Jordan and was looking forward to ordering. However after reading all the negative reviews, no way will I waste my time and especially my money on them!
First iron took me forever to get my items Oh and they came separate and super spaced out between shipments. Two, I could not fit one of my items so I sent back immediately it had been 4 weeks still have not been credited. Third, customer service is awful! Returned everything I ordered Never Again!
I ordered 6 or 7 things. Every single item was dollar store quality. I didn't need to open the plastic wrappers. Filled out the return slips, taped it back up, and sent them back. Really can't justify spending 40 - 60 dollars on such terrible quality. On top of that, they're still trying to get me to pay for it.
K Jordan has nice catalog photos but the clothes are poor quality and overpriced. Blouses have huge armholes, seams are twisted and out of shape. Pants are made for trees or something... there's no fitting, just baggy unflattering appearance. I'll never buy from K Jordan again.
First issue/ catalog says "pre approved" and that's false. You still have to give them a small down payment.
Second issue/ I was going to leave a down payment when asked because I loved the outfit, but guess what? They do not take credit or debit cards for their so called down payment. Only a checking account number for a check. I haven't written a check in years.
Needless to say, maybe someone was telling me something that this place is not worth your money.
I cancelled order ASAP.

They charged me 25.00 to return 2 tops that did not fit. Will never do business with this company. Called and talked to someone and they said "to bad" so never order from them. I gave them a 1 because there is no 0.
I bought and then returned one of their blouses. When i checked on if it had been return the woman told me yes they received it.
Two and a half weeks after she told me they received it back, i checked again to seen balance as it should of only been shipping. They tell me i still owe full amount minus the payment i made. Which was only suppose to be $5.99 when i order it. But when i made payment it was $6.99.
Customer service is a joke, they dont know what their doing.
And if you call them they put you on hold for 10 minutes or more.
What are they doing? Taking a coffee break?
They need to get it together.

They will not issue a call tag for items you are returning which in turns leave the customer paying 2 shipping fees and a restocking fee. Not comparable at all to other retailers you order from. When addressing the issue to the customer service rep. She didn't care or care to elaborate as to why they have this policy. I told her they will not receive another order from me and I will be closing my account. They are a boot leg catalog business. You can't prosper when operating unfairly.
Answer: I'll be honest, after shopping with them I started getting credit card offers and I have 3 now and I've been wanting to build my credit in a big way. Something worked out right that's for sure.

I was skeptical at first but I have not had a problem. The jeans I ordered ran small had to order 2 sizes larger but they were nice jeans. Shipping was fast. I hope this helps.
