I ordered a coat was sent to another address. Its taking forever to get the coat off of my account.it was k jordans error not mine.the customer service sucks! This person send you to another person and another. I have been dealing with kjordan for years never this! I see why the better business bureau gave a low score! I cant seem to get this matter resolved so i am filing a complaint! It has been over a week and a supervisor has not called me back! Done with you K jordan... Robyne Cunningham

I placed an order with them a week ago (and applied for credit at the same time) and got an email that I was approved. The status of my order on the site still says "credit pending". The day after I ordered, I saw all the bad reviews and requested that they cancel my order and request for credit. They said since it was processing they couldn't do that (but it's not marked processing, it's marked credit pending), but that they'd try and that I needed to keep checking back to see if it cancels. I've checked back every day and it still says "pending". Since the order hasn't been processed or shipped, there is no reason they can't cancel my order. I emailed them today and I got the same automated response. Customer service is terrible! Beware, this seems like a scam to me. I took an inquiry on my credit report for nothing!

I finally, placed my 1st order with Kjordan, as I receive their catalogs and have always thought their clothes looked nice. I ordered 1 sweater, which was expensive! I payed $48 for a chenille sweater and received it, falling apart, as the yarn was unraveled all over the sweater! The color was significantly, lighter than in photo! It appears to be a very cheap, quality of product, as well as the work that was done to make it! I won't be shopping Kjordan, again! SERIOUSLY, disappointed!

Same here. Seeing all the bad, disappointed, no integrity & low class, sneaky under handed Deceitful practice from this company turned me off right away!

I placed an order and I needed a down payment. I used my card to make the payment(2months later). They took the payment and then canceled the order. I spoke the several people all giving me different stories. Only to find out that the money will be sent to me via check 2 weeks later. I used my card but can't receive a credit. No one can tell me why. The customer service is terrible and gave zero knowledge of what goes on with the company.

I've been purchasing from K. Jordan for almost a year and have 12 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, a puma sweatshirt with a hoodie but its like a nighty but warm so it's good for the winter. Everything I've bought is true to size and is nice quality and looks exactly like the picture in the catalog and on the site. They are sister companies with Masseys where I bought my winter boots sketchers and k-swiss sneakers that fit true to size. The stuff ships 7-10 days and never late. I seriously am shocked to see these reviews cause I don't have 1 bad thing to say about them cause i have gotten so much stuff and it's great stuff and not expensive at all. I'm ready to buy some more stuff right now. No joke.

I ordered a dress from K Jordan. When I received it the material was shoddy looking. The cost of the dress was $59.99! The shipping charge was $16! To return it, I was REQUIRED to use their label which cost ANOTHER $7.95. Total I spent $24 on a dress I don't even own. NEVER AGAIN. When trying to work with Customer Service, they stated "this is our policy" and didn't make one effort to resolve it satisfactorily. I wouldn't buy a safety pin from them!

I ordered frim K Jordan and they mixed up my order 3 times in a row. Not only that, but every time I called each customer service representative was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering them. I had to go through numerous people to get my order right. I was original told to return my items and then they would exchange them. Instead, they ordered my items and charged my card again without my knowledge and again sent the exact same thing (which was not what I ordered. I ended up speaking with them around 9 times toral. Only ONCE wasI treated kindly and that was a supervisor. Terrible experience. Will never order from them again and spreading the word.
