Everytime I play the slideshow with music, it begins on a different count so I find it impossible to add song #2 at the proper slide.
Every bad thing people have said is true. They even bill you for more, all while having your credit card info. Crooks!

There were multiple issues with the images after rendering was completed. It's a nice service, but way overpriced.
Overall easy to use. Improvements needed on the following:
1. Chat support
2. Rename our movies
3. Royalty free Hindi instrumental

It is possible to rename your movies on Kizoa by going to "Settings" tab when you're in the Movie Maker space. When you click on this tab, you'll see a box towards the left of the screen where you can type in a new title to your movie. If you ever any trouble creating your movie, you can call us from 8am to 8pm EST at 1(844)898-4402 or email us at support@kizoa.com and any one of our customer service representatives would be more than happy to assist you. Hassle free, easy to customize. Just wish music could go during certain parts, if wanted not the whole project.
I really enjoy using this site for exciting and fresh videos. It makes our family memories extra special.
Software is a little outdated and themes are limited. Works well for short videos, but not longer ones (more than 5 min).

You can create longer movies than 5min. With your offer, the duration of your movie is unlimited and you can choose between more than hundred themes to create your movie. Maybe you got an issue to create a longer one? Please feel free to contact us to explain it at support@kizoa.com. Thanks

The learning curve was a bit challenging at first, but overcome rather quickly thanks to your tech support person, Alesa. Alesa is not only technically excellent, she has great patience and human relations skills. Her calm delivery helped us to deal with our initial anxiety in using your product. It is almost reached the point where I can't wait for my next technical question. Just kidding, please let me assure you I've about reached complete functionality with your product and except for an occasional bout with forgetfulness, I will likely curtail my calls. Where do I begin to sing your praises? I will start with the great service we received from your technical support person, Alesa. Her technical proficiency and calm demeanor guided us through what at first appeared to be a traumatic adventure. I called her countless times at each step of the way. She provided accurate answers and saw to it that I affected each step in the process. She never lost patience. She stayed focused on my complete satisfaction.
Now on to your product. It is outstanding. My wife and I wanted to make a pictorial presentation of our joyful lives from birth the present. We will enjoy sharing this work product with our family. It will also serve as a parting gesture at our inevitable celebration of life service at the other end which we anticipate will be many years from now. It took a little work but we now have a product of which we can be proud. Also we find comfort in knowing that our children will not be burdened with the task of rummaging through countless photo albums which would only produce a hodgepodge of graphics. We have incorporated your music and transitions and text which together with our photographs tell the whole story. We would be happy to recommend Kizoa to friends, family and others.

You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
