Kizoa is a good editing program, some times the site crashes when editing on a template to go to save it, Overall is a handy online service.
Made a collage with a soundtrack. Works perfectly in the collage editor but when added to the movie the sound does not work. Why?
I am trying to get the collage I created to download so I can print it... I can't! Wish I had found this website before I paid my $$$.
I enjoy using this program. I wish you could give us seniors a price break. This helps us seniors sane it is a joy to use.
Would like to see new special effects up to date temp plates new music etc. Maybe some green screen effects

As a our platform is online, it wouldn't matter if you use a Mac or Windows. Our platform is compatible with all browsers. Works pretty well. Would like to see the music blended better from 1 song to next. Also would like to see packaging added for DVDs.
The performance of the tool is atrocious! Took me weeks longer than it should have because of the slowness.

I cannot save my movie to DVD. When I tried it takes to long to wait and nothing happens. Please check it.

I was able to explain and show the problem I had. The representative was able to easily identify the problem and fix my mistakes on her end
Overall it was nice to have the opportunity to have someone to call for help and the rep was nice and helpful.

Answer: Hi Pushpa, it sounds like you may need to link your Facebook account to your Kizoa account by going to the "My Images" tab of Kizoa and hitting the blue and white "Connect" button in the lower right corner, in the blue Facebook space. You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
