I had added words to a movie/ slideshow and they weren't matching the music I had for my School Song. Alesa was wonderful and took the initiative to fix it and send it back to me. GREAT HELP!
Claims to be free, then charges $30 to download your video after you spend hours and hours making it. I don't even need to download it! I just wanted to embed it on a friend's wall! It claims to allow posting to Facebook, but it only allows you to post the link to your own wall. How useless. The funny thing is, I'm totally willing to pay for this service, it was relatively easy to make. $5 per slideshow? Sure! $30 for one slideshow? No way. It lets you post to youtube, but then if you try to embed that, it won't show your title or description, it just turns it into an ad for itself and messes with everything not matter how many times you try to edit it. Super disappointing, going to make sure to tell everyone I know not to use it. Very deceptive, and makes me distrust this business. Sorry to post this guys, but that's what happens when you get greedy. Change your business model, I promise people are willing to pay some money, but when you're charging $30 to people who only need 1 slideshow, you're asking for it.: (
UPDATE: Thank you for sending me a free copy of my video, I do appreciate it. I also want to clarify something- there was no confusion about the $30 cost. I know that is for a "lifetime" membership, but that is not what I need. I just needed to do one slideshow, and that makes it $30 for my one slideshow. If you make slideshows a lot then that makes sense, but that's not the case in my situation, and I assume lots of other peoples situations. I was just saying that I think you guys should consider a cheaper option for one-time use. My guess is a lot of people would pay $5 for a slideshow, and very few will pay $30+ for a slideshow. But thank you for responding and sending my video, that was nice of you guys.
It is simply an easy program to follow I have made many slideshows and cds to look at and show my family and guests

Its not fair every time you try to upload a photo when your half way through a slideshow once youve uploaded a photo you have to start again! And its not fair, i tryed over 2 weeks with my daughter to add our own music and stuff but it didnt say it was premiam!... so when we pressed save it said to up grade £20! And that is a rip of you have to pay to make a video online and £20 for the year OMG! I mean i get the only good stickers and stuff are premiam that happens on loads of websites but for YOUR OWN music! DONT TRUST IT, IT IS A PEACE OF...

When you share your video, out looks loke junk mail, nobody wants to open cause it's not your video its an advertisement

This website is a peice of crap had to spend 40$ to save and another 30$ to burn it... it wont burn either
The design and understandability of the site is bad in my opinion, they should fix it. I'm sure it will be a better site when they fix it.
On editing photos on slideshow shapes are not functioning. No satisfaction and irritating while editing.

The slideshow styles are only few, the very most of them are boring and quite ugly and there are no updates of them or new issues

When you load more than five photos on the slideshow it takes a long to load to the web page when you want to display the slideshow.
Hi CJ, it shouldn't be that slow to add photos to a slideshow or play it, especially if it is only 5 photos. We've seen slideshows with thousands of photos that play without a problem. If you like send me an email at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com with the title of your slideshow so I can test it on my end and check for any bugs.
Sometimes have problem setting up my show. Sometimes have problem gettin on to the site. Basically love it.

Hi Jody. Unfortunately, Facebook does not permit the posting directly to a friend's wall, and this is why this feature is not available. You can, however, post to your Timeline and then share the post to your friend's wall or you can copy and paste the online link of your movie to your friend's wall.
Concerning our $29.99 offer, it appears that there may be some confusion. Our Lifetime Premium Video membership would allow you to download as many movies as you would like, given that they are under 10 minutes in length. You can see all the details of this, and of our other memberships, on our homepage or by clicking the orange "Lifetime Premium" button in your account. I have, however, exceptionally requested the download of your movie, so you will be receiving a link to download your movie via email once the video file is available. I hope that this helps!
