I had spent 4 hours to upload 272 photos and than arranging it. Adding effects and transitions in between the slides. All of a sudden, it prompted me that the email or password wasn't correct! However the email id was correct and when I logged in again, it went successful.! However, I lost all my progress! And that makes me angry! Kindly suggest a solution, thanks!

It is mostly good, it is quite fast, and I like how easy it is to upload to Youtube.

My biggest beef, is that in collage making, a clip cannot last more than 90 seconds. This means, if you want to embed a movie into the collage, the movies have to be clipped in 90 sec pieces. But then there is no way to transition from clip to clip smoothly, because there is no rulers or coordinates that show where the clips are on the page, or how much you've expanded or shrunk the size of the image.

As it is now, you kind of have to "eyeball" the clips to make sure they end up in the same place, but there is no way to place sequential clips into the same exact place on the page. Even in my best efforts, there is a noticeable jump from one clip to the next, with the next clip being a slightly different size and in a slightly different place.

I made my entire video not realizing that to download it I needed to purchase the premium package. I did not want to start over since I put a lot of time into it, and I really did not have time to start over. I decided that I would just send it to my email and hope to share it that way. The only problem I was finding now was that the slideshow would freeze on certain pictures, which would then throw off the music. I figured downloading the video would help this problem, however, I can't download it without paying and I am not willing to do that.

I use Kizoa regularly. I wish there was an easier way to slide and rearrange photos. With a large slideshow it is difficult that I can't view large sections of photos at a time to rearrange order. I only have the few photos along the bottom to view at a time.

Terrible experience
February 5, 2020

The site was great but what a ripoff. We as a non profit were so excited to find a place to showcase animals that were in need. We paid the unlimited package for the unlimited time, so the most expensive package available as we thought this was something we could use alot. Imagine our surprise with the link was no longer working and no way to get an answer from anyone very shortly after we paid

RENDERING TO 16.9

Kizoa is a fabulous slideshow experience. However as I output my final videos to 16.9 I have to distort my Kizoa production to fit the project which is a great pity. So outputting to 16.9 is on my Kizoa wish list.

Hello- their slideshow service said free and allowed me to create my slideshow with no warning of price. When I went to save it, or email it to myself, there is a cost. 64$ to download?! I understand this is for a lifetime but I am not going to be creating more slideshows past my sons 4th birthday that is 2 more slideshows. I just want my son to have a copy of this for when he is older. I spent hours making this slideshow, and I am highly disappointed that there was a fee I was unaware of all along just to download to my own computer so I can use my own disc to download or even a usb.

I definitely do not want you to miss out on your slideshow you made for your son so I've sent a request for it to be sent to your in an HD video format (MP4) so you can download it to your computer and keep it. You should receive an email with a link for you to download your slideshow. Also, if you log into your Kizoa account and go into the MY ACCOUNT and then MY ORDERS tab, you'll be able to download it from there.

Many Technical Difficulties

Didn't like how we needed to download the Kizoa player. Movie processing took far too long. Not user friendly. Very glitchy. Not able to easily upload to social media platforms. Good for basic slideshows. Not good for businesses or large slideshows. International technical and customer support. Language barrier. Not worth the investment.

Spent money on the premium membership so I could download, have HD, and burn DVDs. I download the program so begin the process of burning my DVD once done, I popped it into our player, and its completely messed with all quality of the photos. It automatically stretches to 16:9 ratio, which chops of parts of the photos because of this. Also with that it somehow painfully overly saturated all of the images burned to the DVD - I tried this 3 times and every time it was the same even after I made adjustments on my part.

Contacted support and was told I was doing it wrong trying to burn HD to DVD when the program doesn't even give you the option in the first place... Extremely upset that I spent so much money on absolute crap software.

Hello Kelsey, I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your DVD. It is true that DVDs are limited to Standard Definition - this is why BluRays are needed for HD. We certainly want to help you get a DVD you are happy with though, so please contact us via private message or again customer support so we can look into the issues with your movie. Concerning the 16:9, all Kizoa movies are currently in 4:3 format, so I believe a setting on your TV or DVD player is stretching the movie. Please check to see if there is a 4:3 ratio option on your device or if there is an option to not "stretch to fill screen". I hope that helps!

Very slow to upload the video

I called to get dome help with what I was doing when I realized I had to purchase it to use it after I had made it. I could not get anyone to answer. So I just had to try to do the best I could. I found our Kizoa experience to be fantastic. I understood up front that in order to burn my slideshow to a DVD that I would have to pay for the Premium subscription and I found a Promotional code that was 50% off for a 2 year subscription. We used the site to create a 20 minute slide show for the end of our son's school year that was shown at the end of the year party. Everyone loved the video and each child got to take a DVD home. The site made it easy to upload photos and music. We took full advantage of the wide range of transitions and graphics included with the premium subscription. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Extremely satisfied

Its fast, it took me only a few moments to upload the pictures i wanted. Its very easy to use and create the movie i wanted with many options available. It allows you to also upload your prefeŕed music. The movie was put together in very little time and the results were, well worth it. Thank you for this very simple easy to use app.

I made a project on their website and when I was ready to export, they told me I already had an account and they claimed it was expired and I needed to upgrade to a premium account. I have never used this website before today so I was a little surprised. Then they actually blocked my project and kicked me off until I would upgrade. I am seething. Don't claim to offer a free service and then let people waste their friggin time and energy on something that obviously doens't pay off.

The High Definite Kizoa Experience.

I send a slideshow of the walks that our walking group do every week!
I get wonderful feedback from them re the quality... especially since I upgraded to High Definition and now have a Lifetime Membership. I have encouraged a number of other friends in the UK and as far as Sydney in Australia, to use the Kizoa website

It worked good for what I was doing. I would have liked to see an option to edit the pictures and add pictures while working in the slideshow instead of having to edit and overwrite the picture that was there.

I would also have liked to have been able to move the pictures to the different folders instead of copying them to the different folders.

Upset. =(

I loved Kizoa, as I was in search of a free program to create a memorial video for my dad's funeral this weekend. It is easy to use and fun to create but I was sad that after working on my dad's video for days I wasn't able to download it or burn it into a DVD unless I became a member and pay 49.99. It would be okay if I wanted to make videos all the time but this is just for a one time purpose and the price is far to high for me to pay. I really wish the website would be more clear about their free features. I am so stressed out since I worked so hard on the slideshow and in the end, I will have to find another place to create a video for my dads funeral. I really hope Kizoa will be able to help me out. =(

With a free account on Kizoa you can use your own photos, videos, and music to make movies, collages, and edit photos. You can make as many as you want and then share your creations online for free. You can also download your movie for free if it is under 1 minute in length. You can see all the different features of our memberships on our website or within your Kizoa account by clicking on the orange "Lifetime Premium" button in the top left corner.
