Kizoa is my only go to place now for making videos of my photos. The templates, the add ins, the transformations between each slide plus addition of predetermined music or your own are second to none.
Love the photo collages that can enhance photos and the downloading of these and slideshows that you can make, so that you can keep.

It really sucks! Don't waste your money. I was working on a slide show for my Grandma's funeral and it took me forever. It was looking really nice. When it came to downloading it to my computer it was giving me a hard time. Finally after hours it down loaded. When I played it at the funeral, I was so angry when it stopped less than half way through.
I was making a video about myself on Kizoa. I thought it would be good because it was pretty ok in the making part. But when I tried to download the video, they said I have to upgrade. Just to download? I was really upset. I have been looking for a good online free video editor for forever and I haven't found anything good. I won't use Kizoa anymore.
We have received excellent customer service from Alesa.
She is fast in responding to emails and phone calls.
Any questions, issues, whatever... she will take care of it.
Our video was downloaded, and we are very, very happy with the results.
Downloaded video is in excellent quality, and professionally done.

Great service. Great customer service.
But my issues with quality of uploads and pictures has never been resolved.
I have professional-grade high-res, screen-optimized images that never look as good once I upload them to Kizoa. So, I love the product, but may still go somewhere else.
Sometimes in collages it closes down when you are adding text and you lose your work before it's saved.
It would be good if you could move a photo to another photo folder.
Would be nice if you could organise your photo folders so most recent are at the top.
Since upgrading I don't get the option any more of just sending the slideshow to someone and they watch it from the web. I don't particular like people having to download or get copies of my photos, so was disappointed when it wasn't an option in the top levels.
Hi Carol! I looked into the issue with having the option of recipients download the slideshow or the photos. By default when you email your slideshow these two options at the bottom of the window are not checked, so they shouldn't be able to use those features. What you can do is next time you email a slideshow, make sure that the two download option boxes towards the bottom of the email pop-up window are not checked. I want to reassure you that you will not loose any features whatsoever being a Premium member, so if something is not working right just email me at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com and I'll get it worked out for you!
BUY SOMETHING ELSE! After purchasing the Pro membership I created five movies. You say, "Wow! That's cool!"WRONG! I made five versions of the same movie because the system kept disgarding my movies. No archives no backup nothing! I'm under a deadline and cannot meet it because this program is faulty and cannot be relied to store my work. Therefore it is useless.
I loved Kizoa, it has a lot of features and templates. It made making a slideshow video from photos very easy. I tried many other websites but none of them was as good as Kizoa. They even have a quick response time for support. I would definitely recommend it.
I was able to organize beautiful photos of the vacation home I rent out into a slide show, Add descriptive titles to each photo. Being able to add relaxing music to the slide show made it perfect. The best part of all is that I can email this slide show to persons interested in renting it and it would always seal the deal.
For real estate agents, it is perfect for making a slide show of every room in the listing,, adding a descriptive title to each and then music. My favorite music for a real estate slide show is "You'd be so nice to come home to" I LOVE Kizoa!

I was very excited to use this program making a wonderful slideshow for my family after the loss of several family members. I spent a huge amount of time on this, downloading a song to play along and everything. I finally completed it tonight only to find out that in order to use my own song I would have to pay over $30. So I decided to use it without music, and I still am not allowed to download the video onto my own computer without paying $60! After all the work I have done I am extremely frustrated. It is a website that runs great, and I would have considered paying for it if it had not been advertised as a 'free' site, which it apparently was not. Very bad business!
Hi Emily, I apologize for the confusion of our Premium memberships. We try and detail the features of each membership both on our website and inside the application. In order to use your own music as well as download the slideshow to your computer you would indeed need the Premium DVD membership which is $64.99. If you had upgraded already to the WEB membership which is $39.99 you wouldn't need to pay the full price of both, you'd only pay the difference. I don't want you to miss out on your slideshow so I've gone ahead and sent you an MP4 file in Full HD of your slideshow so that you can save it to your computer. I had paid for the pro version but this still had the logo on my slideshow, I sent an email, but also decided to ring them as the matter was urgent, as it was a present. The phone number was a worry as, they are situated in France but was told it was standard charge 020 (which is london code). The phone was answered straight away and I told her my problem, she also stated they had got my email too. Explained what was wrong and was told it would be sorted out by the end of that day or very latest the next day... I said thank you, and within a couple of hrs the problem was sorted. A very good customer service very well done. Highly recommended. :)
If you have some time to play around with the features of this program you will soon find it easy to use. I have made two videos, and two chirstmas cards that turned out well. I have learned how to sync recordings to the video as well.
The only problem I have is sometimes you can't control the cursor when setting images and it is as if the program has a mind of its own which can be frustrating at times, But over all I have found it to be a good workable program
Didn't take me long to learn. Started with the basic package and as I progressed I was really impressed and decided to upgrade to PRO. Love the professional finish of my product. Really easy to work with and share across different media.
I just happened upon this website years ago. And have used it for over 6 years now. Everyone loves my slideshows and videos that I created for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations just to name a few. No one site is perfect and I can see room for improvements (editing). I have learned how to do something new every time I login to the website. I have a lifetime package and it works for me.

My Girl Scout Troop bought a membership for this website to be able to work on movie maker badges. We created a slideshow with it in June. Was easy to use and worked great. I go to log in and it is simply GONE. I can no longer access our slideshow we put hours into making. Nor the pictures we uploaded. This company stole from us. Hard earned cookie money is GONE. Incredibly frustrated. Their Facebook and Twitter accounts are also POOF GONE!
We experienced a major outage last week. We've been running some ads on Google advising people to now go to kizoa. App since Saturday but you may not have seen them. We're so sorry about the inconvenience caused.
This is a really good product the only thing I have a problem with is the time line it would be better if it had numbers on it to keep you up to date with where you are as the scrolling causes you to lose your way a little and when you change the time at the end of the time line it changes all the timings in the middle which causes a lot of extra work. Other than that I like it.
They leave out alot of important things in their tutorial, for example, at first it looks like you don't have a lot of control regarding the timing of the video/slideshow to specific music, but I discovered that you can control this after all. Their tutorial only shows you how to place two songs if one is too short for the video.

You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
