Description of Complaint:
I purchased a ticket on April 21 to fly from Washington DC to Amsterdam and from Amsterdam to Düsseldorf. I got the conformation and thought that the only thing left for me was to go to the airport to check in. My flight was on May 5th with KLM. I bought the ticket online from KIWI. When I got to the airport, they told me that they had my ticket in their system from washington Dulles to Amsterdam and From Amsterdam to Barcelona. They refused to get me on the plane even after I showed them my email with my E-ticket which was attached. They said that they could not find any ticket on my name from Amsterdam to Dusseldorf. I lost my flight including $120 that I paid for my COVID test. When I called Kiwi, they told me that I had agreed to get an extra ticket in order to pay less for my flight, but I was not obligated to use the extra ticket. I wasn't aware of that. When I got my online ticket the confirmation was for my flight to Dusseldorf. Now KLM blames Kiwi and Kiwi blames KLM

False advertising 100%! They don't have ways to ensure your travel plans! All they are trying to do is scam you! I have talked to atleast 20 people over the course of 3 months trying to get my money back but they just keep lying and I think they even deleted records of the previous records saying they would refund me 100%! It's so unethical. AVOID!
They never actually confirmed my flights so I basically just handed them over money and had to buy new tickets once I showed up to the airport with my friend for our flights without knowing I didn't have a ticket! It was horror. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SAY THEY WILL REFUND YOU $500 FOR BUYING ANOTHER TICKET AND THEN NOT REFUND YOU! They never bought my return flight either so I had to buy another one for thankfully cheaper this time. That's an additional $600 I had to pay on top of the $600 tickets I bought! IN TOTAL THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF $600. I was only refunded $200. I was also stuck in London during this entire COVID-19 thing and they said I could change my flight with them to leave earlier and it would only be $3,000.00. DONT DO ANYTHING THROUGH THEM! I was able to just show up at the airport and change my flight for free. KIWI TRIES TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY.
Take the money and never provide the provide the product 2 weeks we are waiting for the refund and they are playing games and tell us stories.
TERRIBLE experience from big SCAMMERS
This is worst experience that happened to me in 17 years of flying.
First KIWI showed me 2 different tickets (Royal moroco and Qatar airways) than after booking 2 tickets for my wife and me.
KIWI.com sends me a confirmation for royal moroco and CHOCKS me with an email saying that prices have changed in QATAR AIRWAYS and that I have to pay the difference of change that is more than 3000 euros or get only the refund for the return flight ONLY!
I had to lose more than 500 euros because I'm blocked now.
Terrible experience, no support, no emails or contact, no phones, no communication
I'm going to sue this scam company and I'm going to dedicate my time starting from today to expose their scams.
Update: 2 days ago KIWI.COM contacted me wanting more details that I provided them with. They said they want more time to investigate.
I'm giving them three working days to investigate and after that I will start the "jurisdiction path" with my lawyer and my bank charging them with "false advertisement and use of false, misleading, or unproven information to advertise products ".
You buy a ticket, then they cancell your ticket, money gone, no refund, scam company.

Kiwi sold tickets for cancelled from from ktm to USA and never refunded. They didn't respond emails/phones. I lost around $2k from their scam.

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
