I feel extremely disappointment with the level of service I have received from Kiwi in regard to the AirHelp+ service that I added to my recent flight booking from Ho Chi Minh City SGN to Kathmandu KTM.
So far, AirHelp+ service only applies to flights within Europe, despite the fact that it was presented as an option during my booking process. I am disappointed that Kiwi.com failed to make it clear that the AirHelp+ service is not applicable to flights from Asia, and that it may not provide the protection that I was hoping for.
Furthermore, I find it concerning that Kiwi.com is promoting a service that it knows will not cover certain flights. This is misleading to customers like myself, who assume that the service will be applicable to their specific situation.
Also unfortunately, I made a mistake and canceled my reservation by accident (just a few minutes ago, because it just has a button). When i tryna reach and explain that it's not voluntarily canceled, there is no refund and the whole customer service just reply me with ignorance behavior. I haven't been to any terrible case like this, such a scam feeling now. All the help from Kyle M., Joellisa C., Bhavana S. And also Giovanne L. Were unprofessional & irresponsible. All i wanna do is reinstating my reservation, please ask the system to retrieve it.
I have not received a PNR for the flight, which suggests that the flight has not confirmed my booking yet, and the agencies have reserved it for me. I believe this is an indication that the cancellation was made in error. Manager, please urgently resolve this ASAP!
This is the second time I tried booking with Kiwi and the second time it's been a horrible experience. Stay away.

I lost $2200 on a round flight ticket on this site. I have been on customer care for weeks now and nothing. DO NOT USE.
This is the worst booking agency I have ever dealt with.
I always fly around the world and I usually use other booking agencies. I saw a good deal with KIWI and decided to buy a ticket with them. The flight was from Marrakech, Morocco, to Oakland, USA, with a layover in Paris. When I got to the airport I found out that the only flight they could find in the system was a one-way flight to Paris, and since it was not my final destination, and I don't have the French visa, I was not allowed to check in.
I could not understand because I bought a ticket to Oakland and the confirmation I got from Kiwi showed that. But the system said otherwise. I ended up missing my flight and loosing more than 600$.
I contacted KIWI, and they only refunded me 75$, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATIONS.
I contacted them many times and I even told them that I am ready to take them to court, but they always reply with the automatic message: NO REFUND AVAILABLE.
This is a big scam! Please avoid them, otherwise, you will lose your money.
Changed my flight schedule which I didn't accept and then wouldn't even offer a refund or flight change to a time that was acceptable to me. AVOID THESE THIEVING B**TARDS

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
