I booked a trip throw kiwi that had multiple flights. One of the flights got cancelled and kiwi solution to that was to ask me for another 1000 euros (which was the original price of the trip) so that they can get me into another flight. I tried to get a refund on my own, but kiwi doesnt let you do that so you are stuck with them until they manage to get a refund from you, which can be in a sort of credits that you can onlyt spent on kiwi. I would advice anyone to stay away from their services. Do not spent one single penny here.
Booked me onto a transfer where the booking counter was closed when I arrived so I couldn't get a boarding pass. Said to buy a ticket then get a refund through the kiwi.com guarantee. Refused to give any refund because my flight arrived on time, ignoring that they booked me on a flight which arrived too late to transfer
We were unable to leave the war zone in Ukraine and canceled the booking on the kiwi.com. We didn't get our money back.1500$! For a Ukrainian pensioner, this is a pension for two years! The whole world provides humanitarian aid to civilians in Ukraine. And the owners of the kiwi.com take the last money from the Ukrainians!
I booked and paid for a roundtrip flight from Miami to Boston. 2 weeks later Kiwi.Com notified me that the first leg of the flight was cancelled by the Airline. They offered me a bait and switch flight instead that took an extra 31 hours and cost nearly $200 more. I asked for a refund and they said that I wasn't entitled to a refund, but that they would give me a $10 voucher for a future flight. They were committing Fraud. I filed a claim with Paypal and Paypal ruled in my favor and took my stolen money back from KIWI.COM.
BEWARE OF KIWI.COM. They tried to steal my money and thankfully Paypal got my money back from these Criminals.
My mother had to flight from JFK to Sofia Bulgaria. We made a HUGE MISTAKE to get tickets from Kiwi.com. Not only that the flight was bad, but they lost her luggage ( which we paid $130 for) and when I called to see what can be done, I spoke with a person that didn't speak much English and refused to let me talk to a manager. I will never use this company again, and will never recommend it to anyone

I booked a ticket for my mom flying from China to USA on Feb 25th, the flight got cancelled, even tho the flight agreed to refund me the money! And Kiwi.com REFUSED to give me a full refund! The most stupid excuse I ever heard from them is: You are not get refunded on the baggage fee you paid, even tho your flight is cancelled and you didnt use the service!
Its very frustrated to deal with them, workers and even supervises are very ruled and useless, all they can say to you is NO! I hope this company go out of business soon, dont harm more people!
I missed my flight because of kiwi.com. I booked a round trip from Dallas to Toronto in the eve of thanksgiving. Kiwi didn't inform me the TSA will be closed 2 hours and half before my flight because of holidays.
Once I reached DFW I went to frontier front desk they checked my bag in and when I reached the check point the TSA was closed 2 hours and half before my flight.
I went back to the frontier desk they said kiwi was supposed to sent an email about TSA hours during holidays!
I contacted kiwi many times and they said we can not help you and we will not refund you
I missed my flight my money and all arrangements for my trip

They scammed me. They gave me an option to lock the price for 72 hours. I locked it and tried after 48 hours to book again. It said the price has shot above a certain limit and we couldn't lock it. I tried 3-4 times and it gave me a same popup. The deal was that I will get my money back if the locked price shoots up. I never got the money back. I booked another ticket with some expensive rates. Then I contacted Kiwi customer care and asked them for a money back. Every time I ask them they said you exceeded the 72 hour limit and unfortunately we can't give a refund. That is ridiculous. I asked them 5 times and every-time they gave me this response. What a fraudulent business.
According to them, my below screenshot means lock is expired. While it means that I have 24 hours more. I clicked on that email as soon as I received it. And I am 1000% sure that it was hardly 48 hours since I booked. I am surprised such a company still survives.
If you're looking for one trip that's one way nonstop for cheap…this is it. But otherwise please save yourself a headache and spending more money. I'm having to rebook an entire flight because kiwi book my trip with three layovers, but I'm having to recheck my bags at each connecting flight. I don't have enough time between my last connecting flight to my final destination to recheck in my bags and go through TSA again. This is literally the worse experience I've ever had traveling.
I have been waiting for a refund over a year and half. I have reached out to them many times and I have only received an answer once about 6 months ago saying that they are working on it. Since then RADIO SILENT and I have not been refunded yet. Worst company and worst customer service ever
They took my money and then canceled the flight just eight hours before I supposed to depart. I spent an hour on the phone to customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and rude. I can't even believe that it's legal, they literally took my money and didn't even give me a flight.
I booked a trip to Rome with Kiwi.com, they booked Stansted to Eindhoven, Eindhoven to Rome - return journey Rome to Genoa, Genoa to Stansted. Our outbound flight was cancelled, I was assured by Kiwi that the airline would refund all our travel as we were unable to go on the initial flight, I have contacted them numerous times and been assured but still no refund. I have now contact the authorites in the Czech Republic to report them! My contract was with Kiwi.com and not the airlines, they never gave any information for me to contact airlines directly to resolve this matter and now they site says I have travelled. Absolutely disgraceful. Stay away from this company and do you research, lots of bad reviews out there regarding this company.
This company is not hearing the people and they are not giving proper solutions to the flight cancellations, I can't change the dates of my fligths as the airlines are offering because they don't answer the phone neither my mails.

Booked a flight on 8/16 only to find out that I wasn't allowed to check a bag, canceled within 1 minute. Was given the cancellation amount (less their fees) via email, and was told it would take 30 days. Followed up on refund today 9/19, was told that the email was only advising "what" they would be refunding me "if" i decided to cancel. The request a refund AND cancellation feature is the same link... when I try to also "cancel" it says I already initiated a refund request on 8/16... hot hot garbage.
I arrived at the airport and my friends got an email with a link to get a Qr code for flying to spain. I never got any emails about this, so assumed i would get it on the airplane like the last time when i flew from spain to amsterdam, but when i was just about to board they asked me for it (wizz air) and told me ice cold i couldnt fly without it?! The flight was delayed for 45min already and no one bother to tell anyone about it, if it was so important you could have at least checked this. In this case no good word for Wizz air either. Last minute we made it thanks to my friend who explained he had it because he got an email and we never did, so they guy handed us this so called covid health check form and we quickly filled it in and made it on the airplane, but for me it's unacceptable to out people in these kind of situations because the airline company or kiwi.com can't be bother to send us the necessary forms we need to fly somewhere.
I would give this zero stars if possible. No refund received 9 months on after my flights were cancelled in April 2020 due to the pandemic. I am unable to contact Kiwi by phone and they are claiming the airline has not yet refunded them, which is untrue. Shocking customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I booked a last minute ticket with kiwi because no other site beat their prices. I was hesitant because I had never used them before, but I decided to take a risk and bought the ticket. When I got to the airport and went to check in, they could not find my reservation. I instantly felt sick to my stomach thinking I had been scammed and all my plans for that trip had been ruined. I was advised to call customer service and try to fix the problem. I called and the man was nice but asked if he could call back in an hour, being that my flight was within the next hour. I panicked and said no way, he needed to fix my problem asap. I have no idea what he did, but he was able to fix my problem and I was able to check in. Customer service was great and the flight was great, I will give a 4 star because I had to go through the hassle of fixing this problem, but they fixed the problem and thats all that matters.
I will surely risk using them again.
They are thieves. They take the customers money and give the customers the run around for their money. I waited a refund from them for almost a year and they sent me an email now saying the airline refused to give you the money. I purchased a 2 way ticket and I got a notification saying the the airline cancelled my flight back to the US, so I told them to give another day stead and they told me they couldn't so I said I will find it from another airline but I need my money since it's their fault. They told me to wait and I waited for a year and they finally sent me an Email telling me the airline will not give any refund to agency. The worse part is you won't be able to speak with anyone. Absolute garbage! Stay away from them. Don't Evan check a flight on their website. Worse customer service. Ones your booking number is no longer working, even though they still have your money, there is no way you can speak with anyone.
I received an email saying that my flight was changed! And I was like wth, they said that the airline canceled it, so I am left with paying more so I can get the flight or they will refund me for 5 euro, which is way lower that what I originally paid. Of course I didn't take the bait, I requested for the full amount since I wasn't the one who canceled it. But reading the reviews now, I doubt If I will get my money back. Scammers! Scammers! Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
