Took my money and then asked me to pay $300 additional dollars after I had already purchased my tickets. My flight was supposed to be in 4 days and I'm going to be stranded in Minneapolis because I used the rest of our money for the flight home! This is the worst company I've come across yet smh!
I was given a boarding pass without a proper check-in. I wasn't able to add this boarding pass to my phone because the Kiwi app didn't allow it, so I screenshotted it instead. I was also not given the option to check my luggage ahead of time, and as a result, I paid $10 more for checking in my bag at the desk. The flight attendant had difficulty finding my reservation. After 20 minutes of waiting, he found that Kiwi had switched my names around. It took a while, but the flight attendant fixed my ticket. I will never use this agency again. They must have some deal with Google, as their option came up when I booked my flight.
WOW! What a $#*!ty company. Don't do business with them. I bought a flight for 2 people, just 1h30 AFTER I had to cancel my purchase for a date error I made. Once canceled they refunded me $10. I can not believe it. They don't want to refund me the full amount or even give it to me as a credit. By law we are entitled to a refund within 24 hours of the date of purchase without penalty. Treating customers like this is UNNACEPTABLE. Avoid any purchase with kiwi.co. You will be disappointed and badly served for sure. I will take proceedings against them.
Booked internal flight in Argentina via Kiwi.com - the airline changed the flight to 2 days later. Kiwi helpfully did not let me know of this change. In fact I had to let them know of the change after arriving at the aiport on the correct day only to find my flight was not scheduled for today.
The airline itself had notified passengers who had booked directly through them. But Kiwi.com had failed to do this.
Worryingly the airline representatives appeared familiar with my situation and said that they have been unable to contact Kiwi.com when this situation has arisen in the past.
I had to stay for an extra two nights before getting the flight on a later date. No compensation or offer to pay for a rescheduled flight on that day was made. A refund? No chance with this terrible middle man.

Booked a flight to Greece through Kiwi for our honeymoon. Now Americans are restricted from traveling to Greece due to covid. I contacted kiwi and was told I could cancel and would receive a $10 "refund" Wow, that's not a refund, that's a slap in the face.
Kiwi should not tell us "Just a friendly reminder any changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to departure of your first flight." if there is no refund or changes allowed, like what does that even mean? You can cancel, we just wont give you your money back or let you rebook a different flight to somewhere you can actually travel to? Insane. Unfortunately read your many complaints online from thousands of people upset that your company is taking advantage of the current pandemic. It seems that your customers need to file complaints with the travel bureau to get anything done.
DONOT BOOK with Kiwi.com, it is a fraud web site, one of the connecting flight cancelled from India to USA, these guys offered rebooking another flight and again charged full amount. When I asked the refund for the canceled flight, they said contact airlines, and airlines says you have booked via kiwi.com. Totally screwed these guys. Anyway my loss is just $100 as it is domestic connecting flight within India, if it is internal flight then that's it, I would have lost more than $1000. Thank god.

We booked a flight through kiwi and they supposed "sent an email of flight confirmation code" but when we gave info to get boarding pass we discovered that kiwi failed to even reserve the flight. Called and they refused to refund. They claimed they send everything but never did. The customer service is rude and said that they will not issue refund because they "sent it" they hung up on me twice! Do NOT book through kiwi! They will take YOUR MONEY and never book your flight. Will never ever recommend this booking site to anyone'
Beware of KIWI and avoid this agency when booking international ticket.
By dafailt they say there are baggage allowance for checked bags, even though the airlines has a checked bag allowance. This way, they can sell checked bag for $75 and they clearly mention that the baggage fee is non refundable, so that they can defend when you realize that the airlines has checked bags. By default at there is one checked by for international ticket, unless it is low budget airlines. Selling cheaper ticket with no frills.

Ordered Tickets through mobile app - on website was impossible to pay.
I payed almost 2 months ahead - during next 2-3 weeks I got more than 4 changes including destination on coming back destination. This was argumented as "minor change" - instead of going home I have to go to other country. That's crazy.
When asked for changing tickets - they suggested to buy other ones and I will get only 10$ back for old ones. In tickets where included 3adults and 1 child. That's scam!
Our first flight of the total 10 flights are cancelled. The only option they provided is the most expensive one of the day even though I saw cheaper flights of the same time. However, we cannot event book our first flight ourselves because if we miss the first flight booked by Kiwi, the whole trip (all the other 9 flights) will be cancelled by kiwi. Isn't this stupid?! I will never use Kiwi. Also, after we use Kiwi to book the rescheduled flight, it needs a few hours to confirm with the carrier... our flight is about to depart tomorrow morning. I was supposed to fly on May 13th 2021 for a roundtrip from Paris, however the flight got cancelled a day before by the flight company. Kiwi.com forgot to communicate this to me so I was the only one to show up for the flight on that day. Moreover, the day before they sent me a flight confirmation with the title "we've checked you in". I reached out that same day to kiwi.com to clarify. They apologized, offered full compensation (including the cab I took to the airport and COVID-19 test) but mentioned it might take up to 3 months. Well, this period has passed and I have not received any compensation, nor I am able to reach them regarding my issue.
They have simple no customer service. They stole my money from a flight that never happened and they just said it is not their business. NEVER book with these guys, They customer service is like a boot replying copy and paste answers. Avoid headaches and dont book with them. They are the WORST.
I booked an itinerary through kiwi.com, but due to circumstances that changed, I had to cancel the trip within 24 hours of booking. To my surprise, kiwi.com has a policy of only refunding a small portion of the cost, despite the fact that I had spent a significant amount of money on the trip. In my case, I only received a refund of Eu 10.00, despite having spent approximately $1250.00. This policy feels like a rip-off and makes me question the integrity of the company.
Do NOT order with Kiwi.com, they are scammers; they canceled 1 part of my flight that is in 3 parts and I paid 3100$; now they offer 100$ refund or pay again 3000$ and they don't want to give me the reservation number and ticket number from the other 2parts of the flight that isn't canceled. Looks like they never booked it at all. No response on facebook or email or website/helpdesk, just automated robot answers. Big scam! DO NOT use! Lost 3100$ and even paid 210$ extra insurance
I tried to book a flight and the website said that my credit card was NOT processed, so I booked a different flight with a different credit card. Then, I received the booked confirmation and my credit card was charged. So now I am paying twice for my one flight. I tried contacting the support email and just get automated emails back telling me to file for a refund - okay, but it doesn't look like I am going to get any money back and I will have to pay the handling fee.

I booked flight Dubai Bahrain. At the time of collecting boarding pass I was told your bookings is Dubai Bahrain Karachi. I was denied boarding pass. Reference no ******* on 25 March 2021.
Again I shall be refused for boarding pass for reference no ******* on 03 April.
When contacted kiwi, they call it hidden segments which you shall come to know when you approach for boarding pass.

I have sent a refund request for a luggage that was charged eventhough the details on the e-ticket included that luggage!
I no one could help me at their helpdesk, I talked to different people all the time and they didn't even bother to read my messages. I had to repeat myself a number of times. One assistant told me that I was eligible to receive the refund, but then it got refused be another assistant.

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection.
