They ruined my holidays they sold me a ticket which never existed. I tried to contact them they never called me back with resolution, they do not take responsibilities for the flight! Never buy from them you end up paing double
I paid a bit more for a flight to arrive faster without a layover. Then my flight was changed about a week before the date and they placed me on a cheaper flight with no partial refund. They offered no alternative. I understand it may be the airline's fault, but it felt like a scheme to squeeze money out of the passenger. They could have switched me to another airline on a direct flight, or offered some sort of compensation, but did nothing.
They also immediately cancelled all of my baggage allowances immediately after paying.
Kiwi.com obliged me to buy a new ticket for my daughter because I have made a mistake in her birth date - no amendments are allowed. I have notified them the date i booked the ticket, yet they took my request in consideration 3 months after. It is been 6 months I am waiting for the reimbursement, they tell me that my airlines is being late and not answering their email. By calling my airlines, I realized that they could have make the change without the need of buying a new ticket, as well as they are not involved in the ticket reimbursement.
They are not professional, they are stealing clients, and they create problem when there is no problem.
Also, the connection flights is a real lie as well.
I do not recommend anyone to buy tickets from them.

I booked with Kiwi and when it was time to board my flight the airport staff didn't allow me to board the plane because the kiwi.com hadn't actually paid the airline for all the tickets I purchased. I had to wait until the next day to board another flight and pay for my own hotel. I will never book with Kiwi again. They are truly the worst!

I missed my flight to Guatemala.
I replied to a booking conformation and explained my situation. Within a couple of hours I received an email saying my booking had been changed by the carrier, and I got just what I wanted.

They booked me on a flight that did not fly on that day! When I arrived at the airport on a Wednesday, I learned that the flight I was booked on did not fly on Wednesdays! The airline, Alaska, booked me on a later flight at no charge ( thank you Alaska!), but any professional agent should know what days particular flights don't fly.
My complaints were ignored of course. Not ever an acknowledgement or apologee. Just total silence.

Do not book with them. They are thieves. If for some unforseen reason u have to cancel They will refund 10 Euros for your entire ticket of $1000 and pocket the rest, even if the airline is refunding upto 75% of the amount.
Be careful booking with them. They even charge u and pay the airline with their card so they have full control over the transaction.
Airline confirmed to me that 1 flight in your itinerary has been canceled and no info from Kiwi.com. And probably no refund for it either.

One of the BIGGEST MISTAKES of my life. I did not check the reviews of Kiwi.com, due to my personal circumstances and I booked four tickets for my wife and myself. Spent around $4000 for total four travel.
We got notification for all the four travel that the the carries has changed partial booking and if we want to rebook we need to pay on an average $2000 extra per ticket. Which is more than double then the direct flight to our destination. According to their message we may get $250 refund in 90 days and it is not assured.

I would not recommend Kiwi.com after a disappointing experience. I had a trip from Melbourne to Tokyo, to Helsinki, to Switzerland, to Greece booked through Kiwi.com.
Melbourne -> Tokyo -> Helsinki got cancelled, and they refuse to provide a partial refund. So they probably just pocketed my money after the airline issued the refund.
Stop lying, my fiance accidentally clicked cancel for 2 tickets for a total of 1000 dollars, 5 minutes later we sent a message that it was a mistake, but you are inhumane, you canceled the 2 tickets for us without mercy, without a human photographer. We immediately asked that it was a mistake and you were not willing to give up on us. With the push of a button we threw away 1000 dollars.
What a scam: Kiwi advertises the cheapest prices for train tickets in Germany that they can never deliver for that price.
I contacted them about when my ticket will be confirmed since they never confirmed it. Only then they replied that the price had doubled and I would have to pay additional money to get it. By that time the tickets on all other platforms doubled, as well. If I would have booked at another platform right away, I would have saved a lot of money. What a f*** up! I wish I wouldn't have found kiwi!
I booked a flight through Kiwi and changed my mind within a few hours. I tried to cancel online and the only option was to receive a refund of $10 for my $200 flight. I tried calling and was told the $10 was my only option. I mentioned that I just booked the flight within the previous 24 hours, and per U.S. law they are required to refund me for the full booking without penalty. Although I am a US resident, currently in the US and purchased a domestic flight, they said they are not subject to US law(despite showing a US address on their website) or any other country and only follow kiwi terms and conditions which only allow for a $10 refund. I spoke to someone named "Mark" in the Czech Republic, who would not provide a last name, employee number, supervisor name or any other identifying information. I requested to speak to a manager and he stated there were no managers available. Avoid this company at all costs.
Everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and the company was not to be contacted. Also got 4 different booking references for 3 consecutive stops to get the final destination (which we didn't do). When we booked the trip, it was stated that we received checked baggage + hand luggage for everyone (6), when the payment was completed, there was no checked baggage and only 3kg max for hand luggage. For several weeks we tried to contact them about checking in luggage, but were unable to do so, and in the end they stopped answering both emails and phone calls. We were delayed on the first flight, which prevented us from reaching the next flight and thus we were stranded, while the company would not do anything since we did not pay even more when we booked for a guarantee. There was therefore no possibility of refunding the trip either. Is not recommended. NEVER TRAVEL WITH KIWI, they will scam you for money
The customer service is horrible, they can not speak English. We canceled our flight after 1 hour they charged $690 dollars. They don't even listen to you. But let me tell all of you please call your your credit card company and cancel the transaction. Please note: do not over 24 hours to call them. Thanks to my credit company.
These are scammers, they'll make you think your flights are protected with the extra paid insurances to protect your flights but even when you want a change and can see the availability of a change on your search, they still will not give you that availability, all the availability they provide you with is only to ensure you loose that payment as they are absolutely unworkable.
A word of advise DO NOT EVER USE KIWI.COM. Completely misleading customers by selling cheap tickets but do not advise you that those are separate tickets (if stop over is required), leaving you with a non transit status. Guarantee they offer means nothing as they take no responsibility for their actions and pay no expenses they promised to cover. Got stranded at the airport and had to cover all expenses myself. Kiwi failed to cover anything.
My grandmother is passing and I accidentally got a flight for Monday, not Saturday, which I intended. I spoke to a representative on the phone and tried to change my flight and/or cancel it to buy another Kiwi flight for the date I wanted but they said I couldn't get a refund. I just want to see my grandmother before she passes and now I do not have the money to do so. Thanks kiwi.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
