We bought the tickets through Kiwi, day after my kids managed to push the button of cancellation, definitely our fault to leave phone unattended but you how the kids, they everywhere. I called Kiwi right away but of course they couldn't help because system already canceled the tickets and refund us $14. So we all how it's works, they took our money ($2700) and they can resell the ticket again and make double profit. Unbelievable, how they still existing on the market.
I bought plane tickets from them. The airline changed the schedule and it didn't work with me. I canceled the ticket one month before the date, but no refund from them. Be careful they are good on "terms & conditions" and you will lose the dispute with your cc. Scam artist. Beware
They book the ticket for you and then told you that your carrier canceled the flight even the carrier did not change the schedule. They then offer you alternative ticket with different airline for additional money, and told you the refund is not guaranteed. kiwi.com obviously makes double money from one booking by booking with different airlines and possibly the refund from the airline. Be careful!
Booked flight by mistake on the wrong date. Called them within 5 min of clicking on the booking confirmation tab. They refused to help stating policies etc. I bought the saver fare. Insanity
Customer service not remotely interested in helping resolve an honest mistake. Avoid if you possibly can - book direct with airlines who will help.
Dear traveller, avoid Kiwi, it's not worth the few bucks you gonna save.
Firstly, their website misleads you thinking you are booking directly with AirAsia, the interface is pretty much the same.
After my booking, I could not select seats, meals and other add-ons cause my booking wasn't confirmed with AirAsia. The only 'booking confirmation' you receive is from Kiwi.
It took me many phone calls to receive my booking confirmation from AirAsia, and that after 3 weeks! I was only a few days away from my flight.
But they don't provide you a booking number from AirAsia, everything needs to be done (and charged) by them. You are simple very dependent on Kiwi for anything related to your booking.
It's stressful, time consuming and nonsense.
And on top of everything, AirAsia customer support is inexistent. It's impossible to speak to someone. The only customer support is a useless bot in their website. Not sure how that is legal.
Even when I managed to get the booking confirmation from AirAsia, AirAsia says everything needs to be done via your agency, Kiwi.
I can't believe AirAsia associates their business with Kiwi.

I booked a United airline flight through kiwi.com from Newark to LAX on June 30th. After over $150 of transportation expenses to reach the airport I found out that my reservation wasn't valid and they told me they can't find my booking. I missed my flight and after hours of waiting they rebooked me another flight but when I got to the gate the same thing happened and I wasn't allowed on the flight because they can't find the reservation. I had to cancel my whole trip because of their incompetence. I called them to request a refund and a compensation for my transportation fees and after their costumer service promised to get me all my transportation expenses they ended up just refunding me for only the ticket price. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Would never use it again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Even though, and till writing this review, kiwi replying to my complain, trying to blame the airline, and offcourse i lost the flight and the ticket
I bought ticket from kiwi involving Swiss airlines. They missed my connecting flight. Yet didn't provide me help although i had paid extra 22 dollars for their premium help service because i was travelling in an emergency. They send alternatives after taking 1 day and also those alternatives have around 24-48 hours.
Using their service i lost my precious extra 2 days and 250 dollars. Also i was restless for whole travel time. Never use their service any more.
I have had automated, repeated responses that are no help whatsoever and do not even answer or acknowledge my statement or questions - worst customer experience and service I have ever had and I work in Customer Experience myself. I would never treat a customer this way. I booked and paid extra for a 'flexi' flight but upon receiving my booking my flight is non-refundable and the extra money paid ($300 AUD) gets me absolutely NOTHING and they refuse to help. I would never use this pathetic excuse for a company again and this is a terrible start to my European holiday. Complete waste of time and money dealing with these robots.
Sometime on December 2022, I tried to book a flight with them which did not push through. A note appeared that "due to changes of the rates we cannot proceed". Since i tried booking with them, they have my credit card information. To my shock, the ended up charging me the entire amount of the 2-way flight that i booked.
When you try to call their contact number, you need a booking number to get through a representative. Considering my case, I do not have a booking number, hence, it was impossible to reach them via phone. They do not have an email that you can easily reach them but i tried looking for their email online, sadly none of the 3 emails i wrote to responded.
I advise that you do not deal with this company. This is one of the worst experience I had dealing online. They take small people's money and they do not have a good resolution, nor do they provide help or guidance.
My flight was canceled last minute. Still I didn't receive refund.
I won't recognise this website to anyone. Stay away
My sister was late to check in her flights in Cancun because her baggage was delayed twice if anyone likes to be stranded they should book with them horrible they don't even deserve a star rating. Making people pay for something that's not their fault
Can I give 0 stars? Customer service agents clearly read word-for-word scripts expressing they can do nothing to help you when your flight changes so you have a 12+ hour layover instead of a 2 hour layover over a holiday weekend. If I'm taking off work, traveling with family over the weekend, and paying $600 for a flight, I expect some minimum standard of service when the airline changes the flight I booked months prior. DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI. 80% chance you'll end up paying more money AND have a worse experience. This is hour 2 on hold with them again, but at least I get to write this review while I wait.
This company is a SCAM
I booked my flights from LAX to Grand Rapids and I didnt get to get on any of my flights. First, because the flights were delayed. I missed ALL my flights because of the delays and KIWI's only solution was for me to wait an extra 24 hours? While Im alone and have no where to stay? I called and spoke to about 3 different people, all of which started laughing when all i did was try to get some help. So on top of losing out on $1800 +, The customer service was terrible and DISRESPECTFUL. And guess what? I got NO refund. At ALL. I didnt even make it to my vacation, out all that money, and feel violated and financially abused by this company and their staff. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Consider this a warning to all potential customers! DO NOT BOOK HERE. You're better off booking directly with the airlines. They dont even deserve one star. They deserve the close down for good.
Only issue over 2 booked flights with Allegiant wasn't automatically booked. Had to confirm at the help desk.

KIWI.COM never refund on any conditions and keep lying to their customer they will refund once they received it from the airline, however after I directly checked with the airline, they have refund the money already right after the flight got canceled. All the proven content has been sent to KIWI.COM, the company still failed to refund. Its only a $200 refund, and the company still need to stole from customer, what a shame!
Terrible. If one of your flights gets delayed, kiwi doesn't care because they're too focused on how amazing it appears to book random flights so close to each other for you for "such a cheap price", so they will not offer refund or other options for you. Very much a scam. Don't use unless you want to dig through a maize of terms and conditions to see in how many which ways kiwi can $#*! up your whole travel experience. I did that, and I was very surprised with how superficial and two faced this service is.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
