The amount shown in AUD at the time of autharisation is $700 more than actually chraged.
Don't book with these people, they are scammers, you will lose your money, they take payment and then cancel your booking.

We adressed them several e-mails, reffering to the UE Regulation no. 261/11 february 2004 of the European Parliament, who has established rules regarding assistance for passengers in the event of flights cancellation, It will be ok for you also to study art 7 and 8. Finally, after a lot of stalling, they ask to pick up a date till 30 september 2020 and to reserve plane tickets. As we can be some kind of profets and know which borders will be opened and which airlines will function!
No reimbursement, even if that UE Regulation stipulates that they must pay the whole amount in 7 days! The voucher is optional and can be given only with the passenger agreement! So be attentive at their manipulation.
It appears that none of us will make them pay. SO I PROPOSE TO UNITE AND SUE THEM. Really, it is the only reasonable thing we can do against kissandfly, who has our money. SO, THINK AND CONTACT ME HERE.

They are cancelling the tickets claiming blaiming the airline, asked for a refund they paid $130 back from a total of $900.
We had to pay more extra costs than we paid for the tickets due to the incompetence of this company!

A search for my destination on Bing brought Kiss & Fly on top of the list. Without checking anything else, I clicked on it, made the reservation and paid. The first troubling sign was when my bank sent me a fraud alert for the charge - I thought nothing of it and approved the payment, as this sort of thing had happened before.
Received booking number LSU7KFW6, and was notified that it would take up to 3 hours for the ticket to be issued. After three hours, no ticket. I checked with my bank and the card had not been charged - I relaxed. Another three hours went by and still no ticket. Next day still no ticket and the card had been charged. Getting somewhat worried. This was the first time that I checked Kiss & Fly's reputation and at that time, I was really worried.
Two days gone by, still no ticket and I called the customer help line. Reached a very courteous lady whose voice kept breaking up due to an atrocious line. But the gist of it was that I should get my ticket within a few hours. A day went by, no ticket, and I received an email from the same lady informing that the airline still had not issued the ticket. At this point, given their reputation and all that had happened, I was sure I was dealing with an Internet scam.
Two days later, low and behold, I actually received my ticket. I still couldn't believe it until I went to the airport and got my boarding pass. From then on, everything went as planned.
I deducted one star for the bad phone lines and another for inaccurate information on how long it would take for the ticked to be issued. Three stars is not great but given their reputation and the price I paid for the ticket... it was definitely much better than expected.

Bought a single journey for my mother-in-law, she's elderly and needs our help with things like booking flights. The airline canceled one leg of the journey from Colombia to Australia. We've requested a refund from Kissyourmoneygoodbye.com which they approved with an 8 hour window to reply to their email. After 8 hours! The refund expires and you have to reapply which we did ten days ago, not a word back since. Obviously this is a scam, as what refund expires within 8 hours? (the time difference between Ukraine and Australia is 8+ hours, who monitors their emails while sleeping?) Not kissandfly.com for sure!

So back in March this year 2022. Myself and my partner were due to fly on a short trip to Fiji. Unfortunately the day before the flight i contracted Covid19 after then going for a PCR test to confirm i notified Kissandfly via their cancellation system that i could no longer fly and because my Partner was a close contact she also had to quarantine (Govt Regulations) and was also no longer able to go.
Got a notification back from Kiss and fly that our flights had been cancelled and then there was a request for an obscene amount of paperwork which we provided (Doctors Cert as a minimum with seals and letter head and a whole raft of unnecessary requirements.
All this done via E-Mail as they simply just do not answer phone calls.
All paperwork submitted then the next day a rejection email. Because my partner didnt have any paperwork to say why she could not fly. Even though we explained in the refund request this was due to her being a close contact.
We were then informed our refund was rejected again because my partner was not my wife. We challenged this and Finally got an email stating our refund request had been sent to the airlines and was waiting a response from them.
The email stated that this response could take from 1-3 months to process which is absolutely absurd and legally has to be replied too within 30 days.
That was March and we are now mid July and not a sound from Kiss and Fly and now my account will not let me into the place where you access a refund request.
Feels like Kissandfly will do literally anything not to refund their customers.
While this is going on i cannot even complete a claim from my travel insurance company because this is outstanding and we do not know what the out of pocket expenses are going to be.

My fiancé is from Brazil and we bought tickets for her family to attend our wedding in Bali. Her Aunty saved for 2 years to purchase this ticket but she has now fallen pregnant and because her pregnancy is high risk, her doctor has told her it is unsafe for her to fly and she can no longer attend. We paid $3307 for her ticket and kissandfly will only offer a refund of $127. They won't let us change the name on the ticket either so she could try recoup her money from another guest of the wedding and they also refused her a full refund even after we supplied all the written documentation from her doctor saying it wasn't safe and she couldn't fly. When we said this wasn't right or fair she would lose over $3000 the response of the staff member from customer service was "it happens" Horrible customer service and have offered us no alternative solutions, it's hard enough in Brazil for her and her family as it is and this money would be so important to them with a baby on the way and would really help, they can't afford just to waste this much money, but kissandfly refuse to refund us in full and won't tell us the reasons as to why, are just hiding behind airline T&C's but I'm still yet to find where it says a pregnant woman advised by her doctor isn't entitled to a full refund. This has been ongoing since December and we can't believe any booking agency in the world would not bend over backwards to refund a pregnant woman, but clearly kissandfly are the exception and need to do better in helping a pregnant woman get her money back. If she ignored her doctor and flew and something bad happened on the flight I doubt kissandfly would even care. Absolutely disgusting and need to take a long hard look at themselves as a business.

Reason: They didn't inform us that there is no Contract between Delta and Air India at SVO airport to transfer our luggage, we came to know about this detail at Boston Airpot while checking IN for the flight. Because of that we were unable to board this flight and had to book another flight.
We are requesting a refund for the past 1 year but the only thing we heard back is that they are waiting for Airline authorization.
We called Air India and they told us that Kissn fly never approached us for a refund and they can't issue us a refund because it was booked via a travel agency, Kissnfly told us that Air India doesn't issue any refund (Please see attached screenshot)

I am concerned because the quoted price advertised for a flight changed after I submitted my payment. The price was $824, and it displayed $823.61. After I input payment information, and submitted payment, the price changed to $897.74. This concerns me because it feels like a bait & change, and reeks of dishonesty. On 4/26, I spoke to Lisa, Employee ID # 3160, to get a breakdown of the price because I have no way to see the receipt, and was told the price may not be the same because I went through a search engine, and I can cancel the flight, if I don't agree with the price. I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor, and was denied, with her stating a supervisor was not available to speak to customers. Lisa told me to send an email, which I did with no response that same day. The next day, 4/27, I spoke to Navar, Employee ID# 3165, who also refused to allow me to speak to supervisor, gave me an attitude, called me a liar when I said new price was not displayed, and stated that he would tell technical support to contact me to show me I'm a liar, and it was on payment page. Navar also stated that my price changed because of my method of payment, which makes no sense at all. Today, 5/1, I decided to do an online chat to get a resolution to my issue because a supervisor still has not responded to my email sent on 4/26. The employee I am chatting with is Mary, Employee ID# 3159. Mary has just stated the price indeed has been changed due to the fact that I chose the type of a card that does not offer a discount. She said they have discounts on Mastercard Credit cards and I have paid by another type of card. I did not see anything stating that fact. The only thing that was there were the boxes to input payment info, and the submit button. She stated the information was displayed on webpage after I submitted card info, but I read thoroughly, and saw nothing.
I just went through process to book a ticket again, and the only charge I can see is paying with a Mastercard Credit card for -75.86, and all other charges are 0. I don't understand how the price changed if there was no charge shown (no discount given as representative stated) for using a Visa Debit Card.
