I have sent many emails but no proper response except the automatic messages saying we will contact you in 48-72hrs that will never happen in their lives.
They have cancelled my flight ticket just two days before my travel date that was on July 13th 2022. I am still struggling to get my refund from then. Wrote multiple emails with all the possible words but shameless people of no courtesy towards a customer. What kind of moronic company you guys are running. It's been 67days I am waiting for my refund. Nobody is even replying to my emails. Such a world's most stupid and cheapest online services I have ever seen in my 30yrs of life.
Another big thing is that I booked my ticket for 916$ but refund amount I may receive is 850& or close to that. Why will I be punished for your mistake. Which planet you guys are from?
Kindly respond to this review at least if you think that your company is to help people but not to scam people. Also suggest me how to rate you ZERO here.
For fellow customers: Please do not book tickets from this website in any case. You have tons of better websites trust me.

Kissandfly confirmed to me via email that, due to COVID, my flight had been canceled and that I needed to claim a refund. This was in March and this is my 4th review of Kissandfly on this website in addition to countless calls (not answered) and emails (some not answered and many not answered fully).
To date, I have not received anything back from them despite multiple follow-ups. You cannot get hold of this company by phone and their email responses are templates that never address your concerns.
We are now at the end of June and I have still not heard from them. The tickets that my wife and I purchased are worth nearly $1,500 USD, funds we can little afford to lose at any time, much less these weird times we are in.
If Kissandfly responds to this thread, as they have done to me in the past, please note that they don't help - I'll post a note here myself with a 5-star review if I ever get a refund for the service I was never able to use through no fault of my own. Booking ref #E1RIFR
(attached is the email confirmation that I received from kissandfly confirming the airline had canceled my flight, received on 2nd April - nearly 3 months on and still no refund)
Initially it started out ok, purchasing the flights and booking the tickets I chose. The problem really started while I was traveling. My first flight went ok, but my second trip was canceled while I was in the air. I had to go through customs in Canada to speak with the airlines. The airlines told me that I had to get my "travel agent" to rebook because it wasn't done through the airline directly. To make a long story short, speaking with multiple airlines, and with a kissandfly rep, the kissandfly rep kept telling me that it was best that I try to work it out with the airlines. This was even after I told them the flight was canceled, and having them talk to a ticketing manager with one of the airlines. The kissandfly rep still said they couldn't do anything because the airline website didn't show that the flight was canceled. I even asked for changing the flight, but they wanted a request form and who knows how long that would take to complete. Several times I called and was told they would get back to me within a certain timeframe with a response, that only happened once when I had info useful to them. In the end, I never got the help I needed from kissandfly, I got it from one airline that took pity on me. Whatever you do, do not use them, no matter how much cheaper the flight is. Not worth the headache, stress, and fight. This is the first and last time I will ever use them.

I have booked a ticket, called customer service to cancel it after 26 hours of booking time. Explained the legit reason to cancel the flight, nobody helped. An executive named with LANA tried to argue and also shouting over the phone. Literally SHOUTING! I asked to talk to the manager, She said I am the only one whom you can talk to. No one can help you except me.( I am not lying)
Again called to change of dates. They actually help nothing over the phone. Every time you have to go online and request for the fortune.
Flights were available on the Airline's website but rejected by Kissandfly, said it has to be available on their site. Also informed that they will charge me $300 for penalty and $39 service fees.
When after 4th request to the date change, they asked me to pay another $1100 USD.
There is nobody who can actually help. Customer Care is the worst. I have completely lost money. Shame on you kissandfly. You guys just reached to the limit of being boghus.

Another story as many others. I was aware that booking flights through third agencies could be dangerous, but the few times I did it I was always lucky and nothing happens.
A couple of weeks ago I booked a flight through kiss and fly. The flight got canceled because of bad weather conditions.
The airline told me I should get 100% refound, but I had to ask it to kiss and fly who will get in contact with the airline to give me back the money.
Well, kiss and fly just told me a refound is impossible and when I ask for other solution they told me there are none: I might get in touch with the airline and ask them for money. At this point I contacted the airline once again, and they confirmed that kiss and fly is responsible for everything and is my right to get the money back since it was canceld due to bad weather.
I travel a lot, and I would never book with kiss and fly again, this is not the way to treat costumers who trust you.
Warning don't trust them, if something happen your money is gone.

I have had a bad experience with this "agency". Sky scanner should be informed about this poor customer care and potentially fraudulent behaviour.
I booked a ticket through Skyscanner utilising this agency for 1071 USD. I had the amount taken from my bank account and then I received an email from "kissandfly" mentioning that my card requires verification to make sure its not a fraud.
I promptly followed the steps of blocking an amount of money off my card for verification purposes; I got no itinerary in response. The next day I checked my booking status and it was cancelled.
I called up to follow up on my booking and the rep mentioned that I failed to enter the exact amount that was blocked off my Australian bank account and that I should've called my bank to make sure the amount blocked was precisely the amount in USD at that precise moment of time. I, then asked - what's next? - the rep said that I will receive my money back.
A few days pass by and I still didn't get my money, I called up my bank who noted that if I want my money, in due course, the agency needs to fill a short easy email with details of transaction authorisation code, amount, etc. I sent the email through to "kissandfly" and got no response. A few days later I sent a follow up email and I still got no response.
So, now I have barely a few hundred dollars in my bank account and I need to make a flight booking in the next few days for an important trip next week and "kissandfly" is still holding my money from me and hasn't responded to my emails reaching out for the immediate refund.
Save yourself the headache. Do not use. I will update this review if I don't receive my money and inform the relevant government authorities, skyscanner and importantly interpol.
ONE STAR TOO MANY! This service automatically populated when I booked via an online site. First I received an email that there was a high chance of a fraud risk and that my payment would be booked manually. I called to ensure the payment went through, which it did, and then I received an email that there was a delay in issuing my ticket, but I would have it in 1-3 hours. 3.5 hours later I still have no ticket, I called line was busy repeatedly, then I sat on hold for 10 minutes only to be disconnected and when I finally reached someone they can't even confirm that I will have the tickets and when I will receive notification either way! As this is a one-way ticket, I have booked and paid for the other portion and now do not even know if I will be able to use it! The agent was zero help and was not able to provide any useful information whatsoever! DO NOT USE KISS AND FLY WHATEVER YOU DO!
Wow! To add insult to injury, I just received a call from Kiss and Fly telling me that not only do I not have the reservation, but the price for each ticket has increased from $225 to $475 one way! Again, do yourself a favor and NEVER book through this company!

First let me start of by saying how highly disappointing it is to have to write a letter such as this to a company as large as yours because everyone refuses to help me.
On July 29,2017 I enlisted the help of my daughter to book my flight for my husband and I to Cancun, Mexico due to some health issues I was unable to do this on our own. Our trip to Cancun, Mexico is for medical care for our recent health issues. My husband and I are scheduled to have surgery on October 16,2017 and planned on booking the trip to arrive one day early. Due to our last visit to Cancun, Mexico in May was also booked through your company we thought it was something we could trust. We are finding out now that its very different.
Again, on July 29,2017 our daughter booked what she thought was for travel on October 15,2017 only to find out after I was able to review the itinerary on 8/3/2017 that I noticed because the dates were not written in a way that in the USA we are used to reading it stated 15/9/2017. Which was exactly a month incorrect from the dates that we actually needed for our surgery. My daughter has tried changing the dates several times as well as calling and sending emails to no avail so I felt there was only one thing left to do. Request a cancellation from my credit card/bank company.
After the bank had weeks of back and forth with your company they found even though it was incorrect and I showed them our new updated itinerary they stated the company should be willing to give you the money back but it cannot be processed on their end. At this point I do not want to post this on social media, but I feel like Im coming to my the end with being able to handle this and the stress of surgery in just a few days.
I am requesting a full refund for the amount of $762.00 if the ticket that I paid. As you see the ticket was not used because that wasnt the date for our surgeries and I wasnt well enough to even travel at that time if we could. This has been going on for months now and I would like your company to do the right thing and give us back our hard earned funds so that we can take care of our medical expenses as needed.
