They are complete scam artists, due to the coronavirus all flights were canceled and yet they are fighting a refund. Disgusting company please dont use them
I spoke with delta which they agreed to refund and have successfully refunded 4/+ months ago who kissandfly is not saying that they have not got the refund back and hence will not pay me back
They cancelled my flight and never refunded it. They never gave a reason and there's no way to contact them. Not sure if they ever even booked it. I think they could just be a scam.

I was cheated by kissandfly, they have such a scam and refund fraud on customers. And I saw so many reviews here which could absolutely tell they truly are a scam on customers. If the kissandfly still give me refund in next 1 week, I will take them to court and sue the company and hopefully have their licence revoked. I purchased the refundable tickets from Seattle to Amsterdam in kissandfly since I was in my schengen visa application and I wasn't sure about if I could make it to Europe. Hence, I purchased the refundable ticket in kissandfly in case of the failure of the visa application. And unfortunately, I failed in my visa application. As soon as I knew I failed the visa application, I went to the kissandfly website to request the full refund of the ticket with $1,052.58 on Jun 7,2022 and they refused to give me refund and they don't want to take the responsibility of getting refund for me even with my refund guarantee, they Shirk responsibility to the airplane, which is really irresponsible and it's totally a trick of scam and just hanged off my call with really bad attitude. It's been almost half a year, I still haven't receive my refund.

This merchant just KISS AND FLY MY MONEY from my pocket to their personal pocket, they dont refund. NO KISS AND NO FLY FOR ME. They ask to pay a refund fee and after that they tell they will get in touch with the Air Company but the money were never repass to any air company, they scam my money and are keeping to themselves. If ever refund I'll update here, I've seen they answer telling the refund was done, if I EVER receive a refund from them I'll update or delete this review, if I NEVER reply means they NEVER made a refund

That's how they work: You buy a ticket. You never get the eternity. You file a dispute, and then they claim you got a ticket, and you can only use it as a credit to buy.
What an absolute fraud of a company. We booked flights and 3 hours later we had to cancel due to unforeseen travel restrictions. The airlines policy is free cancellation for 24 hours, however this company said we'd be charged more in taxes and fees than our 2k flights were worth. Which is an absolute lie! We then tried changing our flight dates instead, we attempted multiple times. It takes days for them to respond and when they do they give you a 3 hour window to accept. Each time this happened it was 3am here so we never got to accept the change, however even if we were awake, they sent the wrong travel date every time and add insane fees on top of the change. When I know for a fact the new flights I'd requested were cheaper than our existing. We ended up contacting our credit card company as this company just continually lies and offers you no service. Good news we got our money back, thanks to our credit card company! If it wasn't for them we absolutely would've lost 2k to this horrendous company!
Simply put. The worst. The airline I booked was almost going bankrupt, so negotiated cancellation with the airline and submitted by involuntary cancellation to "Kiss and Fly" on April 12 2019 and have been regularly following up both "Kiss and Fly" and airline. I was told by airline that they have updated the "Virtual Coupon record" as RFND and asked me to follow up with "Kiss and Fly". Through multiple mails "Kiss and Fly" kept insisting that airline is not approving and they are trying every way possible to get in touch with them and asked me to wait. I oblige. Out of the blue on May 16 2019 I receive an email from "Kiss and Fly" that my tickets being cancelled and request has been submitted to airline for refund. That is, they submit the request almost a month later while lying between the teeth that they have been trying to get in touch with airline all along, robbing me anychance of recovering my refund amount. Haven't seen an unprofessional agency like them yet.
Have to blame me for not checking the reviews before booking through them. 2.8/10 is not for nothing I should say

I recently purchased a ticket and straight after realized I had made a mistake in booking. I called to cancel the flight within 15 minutes of the purchase and was told they would reach out to the airline to cancel but if a certain amount of time had passed and the airline had already registered the flight then I may have to pay a charge. It made no sense as I hadn't received the boarding pass or anything at this stage, either way, I was told that they had messaged the airline and that they would call me despite my insistence that I had just paid and don't understand why it couldn't just be cancelled. Received an email 1 hour and 20 minutes later and was told that unfortunately, the transaction had already gone through. It obviously hadn't when I called straight after the purchase, they just didn't inform the airline that I'd called and asked for a cancellation. I continued in my quest to be refunded and was told they would see what they could do. I received a call (which is apparently recorded) later to say that I would be refunded part and potentially, all of my money and should wait for an email. They then sent me an email to say they cannot refund me anything due to the rate of the current fair which was $628. Just the worst experience ever that has cost a lot of money. They did everything they could to ensure I did not get my money back which it seems they do with everyone. I will never use this shady company again and would ask that you please don't either.

I was trying to book a flight on this website, The flight was through Alaska Airlines, I went to check directly with Alaska for same flight but couldn't find it.
Something told me this was not ok, so I decided to Look on Expedia instead and to my Surprise I found the same flight time n same flight number but it was not Alaska It was American Airlines.

They book only partial part of your travel and say fight operator canceled your ticket. They cancel entire ticket saying one ticket number, partial cancelation is not possible. Then they try deduct approximately $200 while refunding. Customer services is perthitic, they do not have solution for any question. Only response you will get is you will receive an email. I dont know how simply they take customers and try make money, but people will have to undergo lot of pressure for their cheating business. Specially while traveling with Family and Kids, we will see a real heard time. It adds so much expense to our pocket as we have to make last minute booking, though we book few month upfront, due to this careless people site we will loose all planning and saving booking upfront.
Really when someone cannot run a business properly why can they just shut it down, instead of playing with people and with their travel expenses. They might earn $200 commission but Customer might lose 3-4K for last minute booking. Really a bad game.

In there website it it stated that the ticket price will be refunded in case of Visa rejection. The price I paid for the ticket was EUR 495 but they gave me refund of EUR 50. However, I declined and requested for route change (route which doesn't required visa for me) through my kiss and fly account. I have checked the price for that route before giving them the route and it was around 550. Next day there was an email stating that I had to pay EUR 2000 in case I choose that route. I didn't understand why the price was like that. So I decided to cancel my ticket partially (since there were two Airlines) which was shown possible in kiss and fly account. But the next day when I called them they told me that I have to cancel my whole booking. If so why there was options in my account for partial cancellation? And why it was not mentioned anywhere. Only when I called them they told me that. Now I have canceled my whole booking and its been 3 days there is no mention of refund.
I am very unsatisfied with kissandfly and suggest no one to use this site to book air ticket.

I booked ticket from Little Rock, Arkansas To New Delhi, India (December 9,2020), and from New Delhi to Little rock (January 15), Record locator number RKEPUM. On November 28, Etihad airways informed All the flights from Abu Dhabi to India got canceled due to COVID19. I contacted Kiss and Fly for refund. They suggested to apply refund on their website. I did the same and send multiple email but there is no response at all.
I called Airlines, they said, they gave money to Kiss and Fly. But Kiss and Fly did not refund to me. Their is only way to see them in Court.
This company that is based in Ukraine and no agent knows what they're doing. Due to covid, the return flight needs to be rescheduled, they said to call the airline which I did and they told me to call kiss and fly because they're the ones that booked the ticket. Kiss and fly don't want to take responsibility to change the flight date, they keep blaming it on the airline. I insisted to have them call the airline themselves, after being on hold for hours they told me to change the flight it will cost twice as much as I purchased the round trip ticket. This is ridiculous! I don't know what this travel agency is doing if they can't change your flight date at a reasonable price, or to issue a refund! BEWARE! AVOID this company and DO NOT BOOK any ticket with them even if the fare seems to be a good deal. I have to book a new one way flight due to the horrible customer service and this fraudulent travel agency. They should no longer be in business! The call center is in Ukraine and there is no way you can talk to a supervisor because they don't speak English which tells you how bad the quality of their service can be. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.
I booked a flight from the USA to IRL and the entire process took approximately 3.5 hours, first email says that my credit card is going through steps for possible fraud risk, to which they needed a photo of my credit card. I did not send one and then I get an email to say that it was successful and the payment went through. Their customer service line is a complete joke, there is nowhere to talk to anyone and their line' is basically a guy reading off their FAQs from the website. I then found myself in a situation where due to the coronavirus the government and my work issued a flight for me to be in my home country two days before my flight, I therefore asked for a refund due to the situation being out of my control, to which I received an email saying I would get £90 (out of a £400) flight back... I thought whatever, after reading the past reviews this would be what I would get, I then responded to the email when I then got a notification that the offer had expired. Absolute joke of a company, stay away, do not book flights ever from them. Also severely disappointed that skyscanner still have them as a partnering company.
Kiss & Fly booked me a ticket with British Airways (my preferred airline) only to find out it was run through American Airlines. This would all be okay, but I paid extra for British Airways because I had quite a bit of luggage I needed to bring to my family and BA has the best "extra baggage" fees. I tried to call Kiss&Fly to sort the issue out or figure out an alternative, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERED their customer service line! I tried probably 20 different times at all hours and waited for a total of 45 min each time, only to be DISCONNECTED in the end! It's almost as if no one works at this company! So then I tried to email their "customer support", which took them days to reply to. They answered no questions and said they'd "get back to me". THREE WEEKS went by, and only RIGHT before my flight that I paid thousands for, did they respond to say "sorry this is in our terms & conditions" and basically offered no help or guidance, just a big "screw you for not reading our thousand page service agreement". All in all - this was my fault for not expecting an entire airline change, but the lack of help, support, and empathy I received from Kiss & Fly forced me to NEVER use them ever again and warn EVERYONE I can what an awful company they are! DO NOT EVER USE!
