I am having a lot of issues getting my money back for a flight ticket that was cancelled due to Covid. The agency, KissandFly, has been telling me for 2 years that they are just waiting for the airline to approve my refound. I submitted a complaint to the US Department of Transporattion and find out that the request to refund my money didn't exist. Also, please note that this Company is apparently outside from the US an for this reason will be hard to get any response from them and forget about any refound.

I had to cancel a flight due to COVID. The airline refunded the ticket (THANK YOU DELTA) but refunded to KISSANDFLY. Of course, KISSANDFLY "will investigate further" after I sent them the email from Delta. Kiss and Fly will not return my money even though they received a refund from the airline.

Stay away from this shady company. After purchasing a flight ticket through their website, I received an email that stated the following:
"We are sorry to inform you that due to certain unforeseen circumstances the issuance of your ticket is being delayed. We are trying our best to send you the itinerary receipt as soon as possible."
I didn't hear anything for 12 hours. The next day, I received an email from them stating:
"Dear Customer,
Additional payment amount for reservation #xxxxxxxxx is USD 199.28.
This bill must be paid by 2020-03-14 10:00:00..."
So basically after already paying $90.00 for my one-way ticket, they tell me I have to pay an extra $199.28 in order for my booking to go through. I checked my bank and they had already processed the order and the $90 went through. But here I am without a ticket... How is this even legal?! I tried calling the number provided and it wasn't even in service... I emailed them multiple times to get a refund (within 24 hours of booking) and still no response. Such a SCAM. Do not trust this site with your money whatsoever.

They will yell at you and tell you nothing can be done about your claim. My girlfriend was stuck in another country for three days because they refused to re issue a ticket with her proper official identification information on the ticket. I finally folded and bought another ticket from a legitimate institution Delta and she was home safe but 3 agonizing days later. All because they put her last name in the middle name place on the ticket and wouldn't reprint it. Claiming it was out of there hands I either had to wait ten days and file a grievance or lose my 338 dollars ( which i did.) and buy another ticket. Luckily Delta had a cheap flight and could properly fill out someones name and got my girlfriend home. Needless to say i will only be flying delta whether my self or my S/O. But wow just over all horrible customer service, there rep literally yelling at me over the phone that it was my fault and there is nothing they can do. Just over all a sad company. Given the looks of these other reviews lots of similar experiences so definitely avoid this hack company.
The absolute worst. A total nightmare. The bane of my existence. Booked this flight by accident and requested to cancel 20 minutes after. They got back to me 2 days later saying too much time had passed so the charges from themselves and the airline would be greater than the $640 I paid for the flights (because they purposely missed the 24 hour cancellation period).
Now with the coronavirus, the flights were actually cancelled by the airlines themselves. Kissandfly never told me about this. I had actually requested another refund for these flights over 2 months ago because of the situation with the Coronavirus and I still have not gotten a response to any of my emails. The flights would have been 2 weeks ago now and still no word from Kissandfly. The airlines "refunded" the flights, but to a card that was not the card I had used to pay for the flights- so Kissandfly charged me on my card but then purchased the flights using their own payment card and now are withholding my refund, again, without getting back to me.
Oh, and their customer service phone number puts you on hold for 7 minutes and then automatically disconnects you. I've called around 5 times and this has happened to me every time. So if they are not answering any emails, refund requests, or phone calls and are withholding my refund for flights that were cancelled... how is this legal?
I have been trying to return my money from the cancelled due to COVID flight and they keep sending me back and fourth to the airline (even though I paid to kissandfly) - seriously? They hope that in vicious circle I will give up on my refund?

I purchassed a ticket from them i there was a leg in my flights that i could not use ticket so i informed them that i cannot make this leg and i avoid this but i want to uase the remainng flihts. They have not come back to me and canceled my ticket without noticing me so i did not realise that, until i was checking in, so i had to buy a new ticket. I emailed them about this issue and requested refund for my return flight and followed up couple of times but they are ignoring me so now i am taking legal action to get my money back.
