Received no itinerary, contacted them, no reply. After 10 hours I get a no-reply email saying the ticket will be delayed. Checked the reviews! Absolutely atrocious. As my flight is tomorrow I needed to rebook.
Followed the refund process, got denied, advised me to apply again, denied again of course.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. The entire setup they have is a scam to take your money first and basically hold you hostage with it. They make refund fees that are so high you get 50% of your money back at best and even then there are months long delays. They bank on you giving up and just letting them keep your money. They also get around many consumer laws by operating in different countries.

I just bought some tickets trough skyscanner with kissandfly since was the cheaper option, even when they changed the price after the first try of payment ( they do this to take more money from you) they charged the amount in dollars for a highest rate than euros, being usual to charge 3.63 to 3.70AED, they charged me a rate of 4.16 when euro is currently at 3.90 AED. So, go with your usual agency even if it looks that you are going to save 50 -100$ because they will totally scam your pockets.

Have had an absolute nightmare of a time with this company since my booking was cancelled last year due to Covid. Refused my refund request probably 20 times, tried to make changes and they had all these weird conditions, finally got a change approved and despite my change being significanty less than my voucher, charged me fees, messaged me 20 mins later to say there were more fees, didn't book me baggage and just pocketed the change. Absolute scum of the earth and never ever give them your hard earned money.

They will only book one leg of your flight and leave you on your own. Worst experience ever. I had a similar experience while booking my flight 1 week back. Ultimately i had to cancel my one segment and cancel the overall trip. And they blocked my return money for another 1 week for no good reason.

Bought ticket for my mom from Bulgaria to Chicago and when cheked the price was $890 when i paid price went up to $975. Do not trust them better buy ticket from CheapOair at least you will know exactly the price, no hidden fees.

They advertised as AUD but in turn charged me a $160 usd charge and also caused a $110 international transaction fee. Yesterday I was forwarded to Kissandfly by another consolidator to close on a $268 flight booking. When I filled the payment info there was no confirmation of amount paid. Kissandfly billed my bank $776. My bank refused the charge. I learned the spurious bill when Kissandfly sent an automated email to me requesting $776 to complete the booking.

This was the worst ever experience. I wrote several E-Mail back and forth with the customer service and they just never answered my question. They wanted to charge me 50 EUR for a change of a letter in my name of my ticket, but did get my written request wrong. I requested a change of my first name not my last name. After I draw their attention in THEIR mistake, they charged me 89 Euro extra. Worst experience ever.
