I was wrong! After choosing the product, then paying I was sent an order notification that it will be "reviewed" in 7-10 business days, then another 3-5 business days to be shipped. I could not wait so I requested a refund. That is when the scam started They do not disclose the processing time when purchasing, bury the 25% refund fee in T&C (10 days to refund 🙄) and are slow at responding to customer service requests. They go back and forth with emails every 2-3 business days, asking dumb questions to delay the refund process. From their terms: Tracking numbers are usually provided within 7-10 business days of order placement. In some cases, KICKS CREW may take up to 30 days to receive, review, and ship an item

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kicks Crew. The entire return process took all most two months, and all I wanted to do was exchange the pair I ordered for my son—one size too small—for the correct size. Instead of a straightforward exchange, Kicks Crew made the process unbelievably difficult and frustrating. After finally going through all the hoops to return the brand-new, never-worn shoes, I was shocked to receive only 50% of what I originally paid as a credit. This is absolutely unacceptable. I didn't even bother emailing your company to express how terrible my experience was because, frankly, it's clear that no one at Kicks Crew cares about customer satisfaction. My son's birthday was on January 9th, and since then, I have been stuck battling with your company to resolve this issue. I need to make a return. You only have 7 days to do a return. You can't speak to anyone and you have to send it e-mail. They don't get back with you so there is no way to make the return. It is a very poor excuse for a company and I will never order from them again and hope no one else does. It is a very huge waist of money.

Kicks Crew offers sneakers at lower prices than many other sites, but there's a reason for it. Shipping fees are extremely high, and their return policy is terrible. You must email them to request to return an item, and if approved, you're hit with a 15% restocking fee plus a $20 return label fee. The hidden costs can outweigh the savings.
Stay away if you value your money and time. Received something wrong without their tags and they've replied that it cannot be done anything, because the tags are missing. So are my shoes. Just lost £400 because 0 help.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away from Kicks Crew!
I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Kicks Crew. I bought a pair of shoes, and when I tried to exchange them, they had the audacity to ask me to pay even MORE money on top of what I already spent! What kind of exchange policy is that?! Most reputable companies offer free exchanges or at least a reasonable fee—not some ridiculous extra charge.
Their customer service is unhelpful and slow, making the entire process even more frustrating. At this point, I feel completely scammed. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Kicks Crew is NOT worth it!
Shoe sole came off after first wear. And their reply was- if it was delivered intact - they not responsible for wear and tear- after first wear. Irresponsible
Worst buying experience ever! While the customer service is pretty responsive, anything else - especially the return/change policy is really really bad!
I spent £41 for the delivery and the shoes were delivered to the wrong address and the company did not help fixing this.
Moreover, unfortunately the number of the shoes was wrong and we had to send them back and ask for a refund. Not only we had to pay a delivery to HONG KONG to return the item to them, also: they did not refund the £41 of the original shipping as well as kept 15% of the total order amount (including the shipping fee even if they did not refund it).

No phone number to contact. They want a month to fulfil order. I ordered shoes for my son for Christmas on December 9th. NO CHANCE of getting them until a week or two after Christmas. They refuse to cancel my order. Total scam
Readers be advised this is my most honest review based on my own personal experience with this company.
I accidentally purchased an item from this company and I contacted their support team to cancel the order and they tried to "offer" me with $10 off the current order if I wish to keep it.
Which I clearly refused because I already requested to cancel since it was order by accident.
I was than advised that there is a 25% cancellation fee of the item price which is completely insane being that the item did not even ship yet and on their return policy theirs a 15%restocking fee + they don't return their excessively high $35 shipping cost which mean they are not willing to take any losses and just want to keep buyers money one way or another.
The company should really revise their policies or make it clearly visible so that buyers are aware that they will be losing money regardless once a purchase is made. This information was not easy to find on their site until the support agent provided the "terms and conditions".
I would not recommend to anyone based on my experience with them.As if the above is not enough beware that the company has already flagged my negative reviews multiple times. I have revised and updated my review as I am committed to sharing my honest review and experience with a trusted site. I will not be shopping with them again. 0/10 recommended wasted time and money. We recieved our order earlier this week. Kickscrew legit sent worn dirty shoes. They refused a return and partial refund because the kickscrew tag was cut off.
Absolutely horrendous! Do not waste your time and $$$.
They claimed that the marks were oxidization and occur over time. Let's be clear, the black dirt marks from someone handling the shoes and not washing their hands prior is what the black marks are from. Not oxidization
Also, we have the Kickscrew a.k.a kickscrew you over, tag and included it in the photos sent.
But because the zip tie like material was cut, they are claiming they can not verify that these were the shoes I ordered. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE!

Absolutely terrible service I ordered trainers on the 4th of August for them to arrive on the 11th of September. No knowledge of where the parcel is coming from at all they just have a small section on the website terms and conditions that tells you that you may incur duties tax which for a single pair of trainers to the uk was £105 for me. They charge you a shipping fee but no description there that there will almost definitely be a second much larger fee to come because they come from Tokyo. Ended up paying way over the odds for the trainers that were only slightly cheaper than other online stores, i would definitely suggest next time you see trainers on this site just purchase from somewhere else and youll save time and money in the long run with a quicker delivery and no additional taxes.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and paid the amount including the shipping fee(~40€ for the Netherlands which was acceptable). In total I prepaid ~216€.
Then, 2 days before the delivery, I receive an email stating that I had to pay extra ~90€ euros to clear customs because the shoes would come from Hong Kong! I responded that I would not pay extra since I already did pay shipping and that I wanted to cancel the order (I was still within the 14 days from the order, which is legit). Their response was that I would not received the shoes otherwise and that they couldn't cancel it now. They stated they would refund only partially, due to the fees incurred(?). After 2 months they refunded me with 16€! Outrageousand disgracefull! They are a total scam and customer support is non existing.
Do not purchase from this website. Incorrect paperwork meant that I was charged another 50% extra in import taxes and customs. When I refused this unexpected charge I was fined £173 by Kickscrew 'as per company policy for admin, courier fees and restocking' despite DHL confirming that there was no charge to return to origin. I was only refunded 45% of the total cost I paid, which is an outrage. Correspondence with Kickscrew is condescending in tone and apparently providing a breakdown or evidence of the deducted refund charges is impossible due to confidentiality. Charlatans.
I just made a purchase and had to make a cancellation and they said they want to take 25% of the purchase price, despite the fact I did the cancellation before 12 hours from my purchase! The purchase has not even been processed and they want to profit with this. This is the worst customer satisfaction and does not respect any cool-off period in online internet purchase. If this is not solved I will remit this so they cannot operate in the UK. This is so abusive!
I placed an order for shoes and paid 202 euros, of which 47 euros was shipping. After DHL informed me that the duty would be 140 euros (95% of the cost of the goods themselves), I refused the package and asked for a refund. Kicks Crew did not request a refund for 40 days, but after several emails from me, they finally requested a refund. When the package returned, the company representative informed me that they would not refund my money.

They're "processing" takes way too long. When it's done it goes through "quality control" then "processed" again. This company is from Hong Kong. They're outsourced company who are very overpriced and make you wait weeks. Definitely do not recommend at ALL. They're custom service is non existent.
Absolute con. These are not a typical retailer. They are a reseller based overseas. What ever you think you're paying for your shoes, add a whopping delivery cost AND import duty.

I thought I was buying a £126 pair of shoes as a Christmas present which ended up costing £230 and arriving in January.
Yes, this information is in their terms and FAQ's but that doesn't help the giddy customer who thinks they're just buying from a typical reseller. Be transparent at the point of purchase!
