Worst experience ever! Walked in to buy my litter girl Camila a phone on 01/21/2018 around 6pm. She just turned 9yrs old and has been saving her money to buy a phone for over a year. "Nolan" and another sales person that was there were beyond trash, rude, ghetto, and "tried" screwing my family over by over charging us on everything... At this store they charge you a $40 fee to program your phone! Offered us screen savers that I never get for $20 at the beginning, put them on the phone & later told me it would be $29. This is only done at this store & the sales people kept telling me that's how they make there money & how there family eats... If this extra fee is how they make there extra money on the side than disclose that up front not after I sign everything & you port over numbers. Didn't purchase anything last night due to there dishonesty, but realized this morning that my phone was not working because they ended up ringing up the sale just to make there commissions. This place is 110% robbery, and I guarantee you that they do not care about you or customer service. All there worried about is how much commission they can make! Stay away from this place, and make sure to go to a "Real Verizon Wireless Store." There fake rent-a-cop" ended up kicking me, my wife, and three kids under 10yrs out of the store because I was upset that these people we "TRYING" to take advantage of me & my family. Do not go to this store, and if you do make sure "TOLAN" is not the one that helps you. I've spent all day at work talking to verizon tying to get all this mess fixed. At this point I left the store without any merchandize, and my bill went up a little over a $100 a month than it was. I can't believe the owner of this store lets stuff like this go on, and has yet to reach out to me and offer any help?
