I bought a boot (Premium waterproof ankle 2020 shoes) from the website https://keenwalk.com and the payment went to Pham Thi Quynh Hoa, I thought Keenwalk was an American business located in Middletown. I sent an email to them to confirm their authenticity. But when the boot arrived it was a cheap imitation from the original shoes advertised on the website. On the pictures you can see the shoes that I received and the shoes advertised on the website.

I returned the product immediately because they only gave you four days to return the product so I could not submit a picture. I will get one star because you can't submit a review unless you read them. False advertisement they show a picture of a pair of shoes but they're not something that you could wear outdoors they're actually slippers, their refund policy is 100% bogus you have to read the fine print. You will neither get your money back in my experience nor will you get anything remotely near the value you are being charged. Warning do not buy anything from this company

Absolutely miserable experience. This boot is horrendous! Nothing like the one in their photo. It is awful plastic! When I tried to get them to honor the guarantee they post in their ads ("We want you to be 100% satisfied with products you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an iron-clad money back guarantee"), they won't do it. They also claim they ship from OHIO or NY (NOT CHINA) but if you want to return, they make you pay for shipment to CHINA, at your cost, and will then refund after they receive product. Everything they have claimed is a lie. I would not believe they would ever refund money. Don't buy anything from this despicable business!

On website short ankle boots are advertised as "Material: High quality leather" -- they are definitely not! Quality is terrible, upon opening plastic bag, the smell was overpowering. They do not fit; have been trying to send them back but they do not give a return address. Per their website:" MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

After 4 emails to customer support, I only received a response immediately after I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Still not resolved. Do not buy from this company - I definitely have learned my lesson!

I know when you order from a social media site, its a roll of the dice, but I'm usually satisfied even if the quality is not what I thought it would be. These shoes are the WORST. I have never ordered anything that looked cheaper or more plastic. I would not wear them outside my house. They were also much too short. I ordered the size I have consistently worn my entire adult life and they were too small. They offered to send me another size up, but no refund and no instructions on how to send them back. Considering other reviews said I would have to pay the shipping fee for China to send these back and get the next size, I decided it wasn't worth it. It's a loss and I learned my lesson.

Also, Keenwalk? I mistakenly thought maybe it was a cheaper fashion offshoot of KEEN shoes, which are very reputable. How have this company not been sued yet?

Purchased this fm FB... MISTAKE! The bottoms are glued on, leather super thin something lol lol, color was not as advertised, looked a mustard color, additionally they shipped them in a plastic bag which caused crease in the right shoe... and found these exact shoes on Amazon for $30... they are not even worth $30... unlike their claim that they were $160 boots... I contacted my bank and provided documents they are investigating for fraud.

This online business is wholly unscrupulous! Ordered shoes and they arrived in a timely manner but they were not as advertised (very bad knock offs). The customer service was responsive but you can tell they are someone overseas and have thought of all the loop holes. They won't give your money back, you will have to ship your shoes back to China with no guarantee of refund (especially due to the pandemic). The cost to do that is more than the shoes. They also recommended I lie about the value of the product to avoid an international shipping fee. They only have an email as a contact, claim to be a US based company, but you can't actually talk to anyone directly. Don't make the costly mistake I did!

Purchased a pair of "leather" ankle boots that were on sale for $67... a "savings" of over $60. It took a month to receive the shoes which arrived in a mailing bag with no box. There is no brand marked on the shoe or sizing and they are NOT leather but cheap vinyl. I have asked for a full refund. First I was told no refunds are given. Now I'm being told they will refund but I have to pay for the return to China. Don't buy shoes from Keenwalk website. Fake, fraudulent, and poor customer service.

I did get the shoes I ordered in about three weeks. But they didn't fit and the quality was far below what I expected so I wanted to return them. The website does not have any information on how to return items. Their return policy states clearly that the item has to be returned to them in 10 days or no refund. They DONOT give a return address or label info. It took 10 days for customer service to answer my return request. They still did not give me return information-just the run around. I returned item to the address in the package and it was returned to me "address unknown".

SCAM for sure! DON'T DO IT!

Shoes took forever to come, no way to reach customer service, arrived looking NOTHING like picture, color completely off, most cheaply made i have ever seen. You have to return within 10 days to get $ back, they don't give any return instructions, and DO NOT respond within 10 days upon inquiry, (how convenient). I mailed back to address on pkg, which was in Calif. They tried to tell me it was shipped back to China and there was nothing they could do about it! Hahaha, I'm out 55$ for shoes, 12$ to ship back, and don't even have the crappy shoes! DO NOT ORDER FROM KEENWALK
