I ordered sandals and they arrived one month later. Two problems: very poor quality and way too small. Turns out they were dropped shipped from China. They must have different sizing standards there because these were not even close in size. Returns must be made to China and take up to 90 days to process. They can, however, give me a 10% rebate immediately if I will keep the too-small sandals. Don't be taken in! Do not order from this outfit. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Have been aware for years what a great company KEEN is. So because it was such a great deal to order more than one pair "big discounts" I ordered three! Lousy knock off‘s from China. Total crap and too short.

When I asked for a return shipping label they refused. They said I would have to ship the items back to China myself and gave me an address. They stated that I would get more money back if I took a 10% refund and kept the lousy shoes.

Mind you - the website says that shipping and returns are all free!

Nowhere at all does it tell you that if you don't take an exchange or a 10% refund that you will have to mail the items Back to China at your own expense. I would have tried this if I thought for one minute that they would actually refund the rest of my money. I have read in reviews that they haven't refunded the money.

Please report the scam all over the place. US government consumer affairs/fraud. Also contact your credit card company. This kind of thing has got to stop!

Their products appear to be of high quality on their website. In reality, the products are cheap, made in China, and not wearable. I ordered four pair of shoes/boots. All of them smelled badly of chemicals and were of such poor quality that there is no way I would wear them, even if they fit. They were way too small for the size purchased. Additionally, since these products appear to have been shipped directly from China, they took months to be delivered. Everything about the transaction was deceitful from delivery time to returns. I was told via Email that I could return the products once they were all delivered (which took months) only to be told after they arrived that returns are not available unless the product is damaged.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Could not believe how cheap they looked. They weren't as advertised-color wrong, no arch support. They were so bad I didn't even try them on. Wanted to return but the shipping cost is double what the shoes cost-$104. They have to be returned to China if you want a refund. What a rip off! Never buy from this company! This notice will be posted on my social media accounts!

Shoes ordered two weeks ago and still not shipped... and they will not cancel.
Here was the repose I received...
"Our apologies for the shipping time, but the order is still on the way to you and we can not help with your cancellation. We also suggest our customers should not buy the product before an expectant date. Upon checking at the tracking site, your package was sent out and still on its way to the USPS facility. It normally takes around 15 days to arrive. The USPS is overloaded and has a shortage of staff now, so they may not update the information in time.

We have contacted the shipping company and pushed your order to the priority list. Kindly wait for the next few days and let us notify you of the delivery date.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us."

Terrible experience. I regret not reading reviews before ordering. Took forever to get the order, and when it arrived, the shoe were in no box, just in a plastic shipping envelope. When I asked to return them, the company insisted that ship them back to China, on my dime. Clearly they are trying to appear that they are part of the Keen shoe company, which clearly they are not! I am posting this review with the hope that others don't get burned. P. S I suspect that any of the positive reviews posted here are ghost reviews from company employees or people paid to post positive reviews.

This Company should be removed completely! After receiving a product that was completely Foreign from what was represented I notified the company of not only A very poor fit but also a very poor product. My options were to take a minimal refund or send them back to China At my expense!?! Then I read the reviews of others that had also been cheated. I contacted my credit card company, explain the situation and their finding was that this was a legitimate complaint. Keen walking will not receive the funds for my order and I am throwing the product away, that is how crappy the product is.

The boots I purchased were expensive for the cheap things they really are. Notice in the pic that the tab in the back of boot is tore and it tore when I put them on. The soles are glued on and you can see glue. I emailed immediately when I was dissatisfied. Here is part of the response: "we will also accept a return for full refund if you do not want to exchange. Please take note that the buyer has to pay the shipping fee for sending the item back and make sure that they are still new, unused.*Please note: the US address is a third party handling shipping, they work with multiple warehouses and they do not work with any returns. Hope you understand that we are not responsible unless you send back to us at the provided address after your confirmation." Sending them to China is ridiculous. Keenwalking is a scam.

Ordered a pair of stylish leather ankle boots. They looked solid and very nice on the model. Then they arrived…. They are not leather, of below poor quality, had no footbed to speak of and arrived in a plastic bag. They were not even suitable for donation. They went right in the trash! Shame on me! Never again!

So I spent $45 to mail back these cheap vinyl boots, kept the international tracker. Contacted them by email & they claim they never got them & to check back. They stopped answering my emails & never got a refund. Totally ripped off by them.

Ordered sandals. Didn't realize this is a direct from China company. Sandals came- bad fit and not at all the color i ordered. Had to send pictures of them on my foot. They agreed not the right color and offered to send right ones in a bigger size. Size wasn't the problem. Told them I wanted a refund. The told me I'd have to return to China warehouse then offered a 60% refund and I didn't have to return. That was a month ago and still waiting for refund. Buyer beware!

Wish I could give this site a minus zero and that would be too much. Total scam. Shoes are worse quality of any I have ever seen. Totally misrepresented as has no arch support and does not honor return policy. Will offer 30% return but want item returned to China or Vietnam with $25 or $30 international return postage when they're mailed from a US city with US postage permit. Total scam. Looks like Keen shoes ad which is a reputable shoe company with good quality but is not Keen shoes. Using their name and added walk afterwards to get people to buy! BEWARE

Please do not buy from these people! There stuff is #@*$. For real. It is all fake and they don't let you return anything. You won't get your money back. They are scammers and liars. I just lost over $120 because of this, and PayPal did not help me either. I'm going to leave them as well. I sent them photos and they had the conversations between a representative and myself, and they still sided with them. I received cheap crap plastic boots... two pair and lost all my money. These are not leather like shown in website photo. This is a God's honest review. I have nothing to gain by giving a bad review. I am still so upset and angry over how I was treated by them. Alexis and Charlotte, I hope you never have to return anything.

I wish I had looked here before ordering a pair of shoes. They are very sly about their presentations. The shoe looks well made. On the contrary, they are less than orthopedic as they claim and the material is vinyl rather than leather. They show sizes in U.S. sizing and don't tell you you have to measure your foot yourself to get the correct size in inches. Mine didn't fit. Don't expect to return them, I was advised I would have to retune them to China, with a more or less comment of good luck. Best bet is do not order from them! Received in a plastic bag.

This online business is wholly unscrupulous! Ordered shoes and they arrived in a timely manner but they were not as advertised (very bad knock offs). The customer service was responsive but you can tell they are someone overseas and have thought of all the loop holes. They won't give your money back, you will have to ship your shoes back to China with no guarantee of refund (especially due to the pandemic). The cost to do that is more than the shoes. They also recommended I lie about the value of the product to avoid an international shipping fee. They only have an email as a contact, claim to be a US based company, but you can't actually talk to anyone directly. Don't make the costly mistake I did!

Saw these cute boots on probably some ad I saw on Facebook. Ordered them & was excited for their arrival. I received them in a mailer bag, no box, no receipt, no return instructions. The quality is horrible, cheap look & fit. When I went to website for return instructions it stated returns must be complete within 10 days. I emailed their "support" team & was told no refunds unless product was damaged or they had sent the wrong size. They have no interest in making it right. Do NOT buy from this site!
