My wife ordered 4 pair of shoes from this company who seemed to have an ironclad satisfaction guarantee. They claimed they would ship from their warehouse in Georgia. They actually shipped from China. They were horrible quality and did not fit. We tried to return but they required that they be shipped directly back to China. This is cost prohibitive. As they said they would ship from their Georgia warehouse this was totally unexpected. They offered to refund 15% and we could keep the poor quality shoes that don't fit. Not quite the customer satisfaction we were promised.

Ordered size 7.5 US and after 5 weeks finally got the shoes-their size 38 which they claim is correct but they are way too small. Also the shoes are very cheaply made and not as pictured. They will not refund unless I send them back at my expense. Lesson learned will never purchase from them again and you shouldn't either.

This company also goes by Keenwalking.com. They changed because of all of the complaints lodged against keenwalk.com. This is not Keen shoes! I have already reported them to Keen and their lawyers are looking into it. The shoes are low quality and if you want to return because they are not even worth $5.00, you will have to pay over $25.00 to ship to China. After going back and forth with "Manny", and the person who answers the phone in Miami Florida, I was given information that led me to believe they are frauds. The last e-mail I agreed to be refunded 40% after much back and forth. I then decided I wanted it all back. I reported it to my credit card company and after sending them all of the e-mails and the links to complaints on this website, they reimbursed me the full amount. In addition, I also complained to the Vermont Attorney General's Office. They are contacting both Facebook and Instagram where these scammers are advertising, to let them know that they are a fraud. If you have made a purchase from them, don't give up!

I got these same boots last year for $24.99 from another scam company and this time I fell for the pictures again with this company. They were $67.98. Its the same crap. Very poorly made and out of plastic, not any leather as shown in the picture. I am going to attemp to get my money back through Paypal. Don't buy from these people. Stick to Amazon. Having problems downloading pictures to my computer? Let say they came in an envelope. If you think leather boots for $67. Should come in an envelope, they should not.

Hard But Finally I able to send this garbage back I ordered thee shirts size 3X. I received three shirts with a 3X label in the color. There were actually small. The sleeves came just past my elbow and the front was way too small. I wrote asking for a refund. After three emails to the company I am extremely dissatisfied with the items I ordered. Not to mention. I went online to request Refund order but the request would not process. Tried contacting the merchant they gave me their customer service helpline number which was+1((8 five zero six three two zero nine eight zero))when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from

I purchased shoes from this website shown on Facebook. They never sent the shipping information and I requested it 3 times. The shoes finally arrived and they were the worst quality that I have ever seen. When I asked how to send them back I was advised that they would have to be sent to China but if I decided to keep them they would credit back 30% of the purchase. Sounds like a money making scheme to me. I will never purchase from them again and I would never promote their items. I am quite familiar with EBAY and even on this site I have never had an issue along these lines. Buyers be ware

Do not order from them. I bought boots and they were not quality like they claimed. Cheaply made. Do not fit and won't let you return for a full refund. Can only exchange for another cheaply made item.

The shoes are very mis-represented. The site photo does state that they aren't leather but the photo shows clearly that they are either high quality leather or real leather. The actual shoe received is so bad. Oh man, I really would guess that they employ child or slave labor from the looks of the shoe. It's such a bad attempt at making it look like the shoe I ordered it's just sad. I purchased them using my PayPal account so I've opened a claim against them. I would suggest doing a charge back so that they are shut down. I got the same ole same ole that the others did, no refunds and then a 30% refund if I ship to China. I hope PayPal lives up to it's claims and offers me the buyer protection I have always thought I would get by using it. I certainly hope so, these shoes aren't worth $5

I ordered a pair of boots, asked for a discount code, and received 10% off. CC was charged and product was received one month later. Very cheaply made and horrible synthetic/poisonous smell. Emailed company, they responded no refunds... and I checked their policy and emailed back to say, your policy says refunds are accepted. Their email response offered a $20 refund to keep the boots and call it good, or I could send back to China for $$$. Refund would be sent after they received the boots in perfect shape and I would pay for shipping. The cost was $27.75 to ship and USPS could not guarantee when or anything after they passed customs. Yikes! I emailed back and said I had shipped them.The price I paid( from a FB ad) was $61.95 and now you can find them on various websites for $20.

I fell prey to the facebook ad, and purchased the waterproof ankle boots. They are nothing like what the image showed and was described. The smelled horribly of rubber cement, have so many errors in craftmanship, and are obviously not high quality leather. They also have no support within the shoe, and the laces are made of elastic, not of sued or leather as shown in the photo. There is also no way to return these shoes that I can tell. I reported the ad to Facebook as a scam. No way these shoes are worth $70!

The shoes I received were junk. Made cheap and the add states flexible, what a joke. When you complain they tell you to send them back to China at your expense, so you keep the junky shoes and throw them away. I notified them after I placed myself and order because I made the mistake of not looking at the internet reviews, and they argued that they were a legitimate company! SCAM! SCAM! Do not purchase!
