I bought shoes that are wrinkled and look terrible. Spent too much money on shoes worth 20 dollars at best. Cheap and look it. Horrible to deal with the company. Chinese though they pretend they are in USA. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered pair of Leather booties from Keenwalk that looked darling online. Upon receiving them, however, they were extremely cheaply made And I was unhappy with the quality. There was no return slip or any package slip with this item. I found my order confirmation and again there was no phone number that I could call…only an email. I emailed them and it took over a week to get back to me & in the email they asked more questions. I emailed them back & again days went by before I heard back... they said I was unable to return the shoes Only if I received the wrong shoe or it was defective? Had I known this was their return I'll see ya front I would have never ordered.
Horrible service / Misleading / Inferior product

I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of booties from this sham company. They arrived in a flimsy plastic bag directly from China (not a box, as one would expect). The booties were made of cheap plastic material with glued on soles. They were also so small that I didn't even attempt to try them on. I contacted the company to return them for a full refund, but they expected me to send them back to China & pay the postage. I am now waging a dispute against them via my credit card company. Buyer Beware! Do not waste your money! They also operate under various names selling the same cheap shoes, & all claim to have a physical presence in the USA in various states. If this were true, why can't I return this item directly to the location in the states? I believe they operate solely out of China or Taiwan and have no presence in the USA whatsoever.

Worst experience ever. These people are a disgrace! Ships in plastic bag and looks like plastic. It's not leather. Dishonest as they tell lies saying when you return the boots they say they are used and broken. They refused the return and it's sitting in a post office so how can they determine that. Just remember what you put out will come back to you. It's called Karma.

Beware Don 't waste you time, total ripoff!
Plastic shoe, not leather.
Poor craftsmanship also.
They said I have to pay shipping back to China, and then they will give refund -30% re-stocking.
Web site said shipped from Jamaica, New York.

Definitely wrong and misleading advertising. Sandels I ordered were cheap quality. Free return was offered, but no reply from company how this is supposed to work. Isn't any government agency close down this business?

Cheap Chinese Crap

10 day return policy they claimed finally after not returning my email. Stay far away from this company. The product is completely cheap materials made in China. Ratings claiming to be 5 star are obviously submitted by company employees. Can't believe I paid $65.00 for this! Uppers are glued to the soles.No stiching.

Easy to exchange - NOT

Purchased what I thought would be the correct size. From the advertising it appeared to be a US company. When the shoes were to small I inquired about returning and reordering. A week later my answer was sure thing. Just ship them back to China and we will be happy to send another size. Can only ship via the post office. It would probably cost more than the shoes to mail to China. No thanks. It was a $65 lesson

I bought a pair of "premium" waterproof booties after I saw an ad on Facebook. Huge mistake. The reviews I read must have been fake. When I ordered the site said in stock, ready for delivery, but it took 3 weeks to get them. The picture looked really cute, but when they arrived, the shoes are plastic. They were comfotable and waterproof and I was too lazy to return them. Now after wearing them perhaps 20 times, they have a crack all the way across one sole and the leak like a sieve. Customer service says they are very sorry, but they refuse to refund or replace this overpriced, completely substandard product. Do not waste your money on Keenwalk products. I had to give them one star to post this review, but they deserve no stars whatsoever.

Very disappointed
October 1, 2020

I received my order for Keenawalk premium waterproof ankle shoes, paid $68. These are cheap vinyl and much smaller than normal size would be. They also came with a small flaw. I have emailed the company for the past five days without receiving any response. Very disappointed in the product and the service. Would definitely not recommend!

Worst ever!

I am so disappointed in this product! I am also finding the return process much more difficult than other companies I have dealt with in the past. As stated by other customers, the picture and description of the ankle boots were very different from what I received. They are cheap vinyl as opposed to the leather boots I expected. What a horrible experience!

Buyer beware. Facebook does not vet their sellers. To sell on Amazon you have to go through a vetting process. I received these shoes and returned them to the return address on the label. Postage was $10.00. The shoes were very poor quality and mis- sized. I am out the $53.98 plus $10.00 return postage. I'm more upset with FB for allowing this kind of misrepresentation. I assumed they were Keen Shoes. It's a Chinese scam. Also I think FB should make it so you are aware of where your merchandise is coming from. DO NOT BUY FROM KEENWALKING!

DONT BUY from them! I ordered what they show in a picture to be high end leather ankle boots, they look amazing. When I get them in a plastic bag they look nothing like the one advertised, the ones sent are cheap and bad looking.

The shoes I received did not fit (very wide with no adjustable strap) and were not at all what I
Expected or wanted. The only way to get a refund or exchange is to first send the shoes I received
Back to China and then wait! Would never buy again. Lesson learned and money wasted on this pair.

My first email to Keenwalk: I have a high arch so could barely pull them on. Also, the toe box is too narrow and causes pain in my foot. I see on your website that the only way to reach you is through email? No phone number or address. Their response: We regret that we only accept return and refund full payment in case we sent the wrong size or damaged shoes. Their return policy stated: "We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product". Until I insisted they did not give me their return address. Now I find out that a return to the Province and zip in China will cost me more than I paid for the shoes + they have now said they would only reimburse $30. For the return with explanation why! Such poor business handling. I'm really upset with this company and hope no one else gets deceived like I did!

I received 2 pair of short boots and I wondered why they sent slippers. Thin, made poorly and didn't fit properly. I emailed and they said they couldn't refund money but would exchange. I read though their add and found the sentence money back guaranteed emailed that to them and they said OK I needed to send them back to China. Once I gave them the customs number my $128 would be refunded. Postage to China was $47 and it's been 3 1/2 months and I've never received a credit. I've sent them 7 nice polite emails and no reply. So now I'm out $175. Very SAD there's companies that can/will/do this. All I can say is somewhere somehow what goes around comes around even if I never know about it.

False advertising

Purchased a pair of "leather" ankle boots that were on sale for $67... a "savings" of over $60. It took a month to receive the shoes which arrived in a mailing bag with no box. There is no brand marked on the shoe or sizing and they are NOT leather but cheap vinyl. I have asked for a full refund. First I was told no refunds are given. Now I'm being told they will refund but I have to pay for the return to China. Don't buy shoes from Keenwalk website. Fake, fraudulent, and poor customer service.

I know when you order from a social media site, its a roll of the dice, but I'm usually satisfied even if the quality is not what I thought it would be. These shoes are the WORST. I have never ordered anything that looked cheaper or more plastic. I would not wear them outside my house. They were also much too short. I ordered the size I have consistently worn my entire adult life and they were too small. They offered to send me another size up, but no refund and no instructions on how to send them back. Considering other reviews said I would have to pay the shipping fee for China to send these back and get the next size, I decided it wasn't worth it. It's a loss and I learned my lesson.

Also, Keenwalk? I mistakenly thought maybe it was a cheaper fashion offshoot of KEEN shoes, which are very reputable. How have this company not been sued yet?

After spending $45 to return shoes whose straps were too wide for shoes, I chose 3 pair for cart until I knew if I'd get refund but had sizing questions. 3 months later I received the original pair back plus 3 pair on hold that are too large. They ad. Itted sending me wrong size and wrong pair but email address is no longer valid.

Save your money. These are horrible PLASTIC shoes.
