I ordered a pair of short boots advertised as being leather. When I received them they were obviously not real leather and look CHEAP. I was told they could only be returned if I received the wrong item or were damaged even though their return policy said anything could be returned for a full refund within 10 days. They have no phone contact with customers - only email. Do not waste your time with this company. TOTALLY false advertisement should not be allowed on the pop-up advertisements.

I so wish I had checked out this website before purchasing what I thought were high-quality vegan leather boots from this company. My camera isn't working, but it's the same pair of boots I see others have recently reviewed. They were very good with their communications about delivery and even trying to work with me on a return, but in the end, they said I had to return them to China for a full refund, which cost half as much as the boots, which shipped from CA. I paid nearly $70 for these boots. If I'd seen them in person, I wouldn't have even paid $5 for them the quality is so bad.

I bought two pairs of their "leather" booties. Such cute photos but when they showed up they looked very different from the photos. First of all, they are not leather and the strong smell of vinyl almost knocks you over when you open the package. The stitching was different, the colors don't match and they were folded so there was a nice crease running up the front of the boot. I tried emailing customer multiple times with no response and now I'm out $138. Steer clear!

Guess I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from KeenWalk. For being called 'orthopedic' shoes, they have no support. The heel cup will not stay on my foot when I walk. It flips over and I end up walking on the outside of the shoe. I discussed a refund with them, but I have to pay shipping to return them to China, which is almost as much as I paid for the shoes. Guess I'll throw them away.

I received my sandals today. So cheap looking. I am so disappointed. Just plain false advertising. Don't fall for it, like I did! They looked cute, but I know they won't work for me. I am returning them. I have to return to China? They don't tell you all of this at the time of your purchase!

Do not fall for this website! This is a scam! They send you shoes that you order, but no receipt. If they do not fit, they tell you to mail them back to China and then they might pay you back. However, the mailing fee will be more than the double the cost of the shoes, so you should just keep them! This is all communicated by email and you cannot talk to a person. I have shoes that don't fit and no way to return them!

I ordered these shoes, thinking that they were Keen, which has great quality and shoes that fit and last well. What I received was a pair of cheap-looking knock-offs. The manufacturer only offers a 10% discount to ship them back to them, which would cost more than the shoes.

I returned the product immediately because they only gave you four days to return the product so I could not submit a picture. I will get one star because you can't submit a review unless you read them. False advertisement they show a picture of a pair of shoes but they're not something that you could wear outdoors they're actually slippers, their refund policy is 100% bogus you have to read the fine print. You will neither get your money back in my experience nor will you get anything remotely near the value you are being charged. Warning do not buy anything from this company

Advertise shoes with arch support. Shoes come with no insole. Shoes are ill-fitting, cheaply made, unraveling shoelaces. Website will not respond to inquiries after purchase. Website will not post reviews once they're completed. Shoes all run different size, despite the fact I ordered two same sized shoes at the same time. Color is off also. First photo is the advertised picture, the rest are what I received.

I purchased a pair of lace-up boots from the site because the photo looked good and there was a significant price reduction. The shoes that arrived were made of poor materials, lousy craftsmanship and reeked of toxic glues. I was told I couldn't get a refund but could exchange them. The catch: I would have to ship the shoes to China for a cost of $30.00 in order to get the exchange! AARP has included companies like this in their list of scams.

I ordered pair of Leather booties from Keenwalk that looked darling online. Upon receiving them, however, they were extremely cheaply made And I was unhappy with the quality. There was no return slip or any package slip with this item. I found my order confirmation and again there was no phone number that I could call…only an email. I emailed them and it took over a week to get back to me & in the email they asked more questions. I emailed them back & again days went by before I heard back... they said I was unable to return the shoes Only if I received the wrong shoe or it was defective? Had I known this was their return I'll see ya front I would have never ordered.
Horrible service / Misleading / Inferior product

I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of booties from this sham company. They arrived in a flimsy plastic bag directly from China (not a box, as one would expect). The booties were made of cheap plastic material with glued on soles. They were also so small that I didn't even attempt to try them on. I contacted the company to return them for a full refund, but they expected me to send them back to China & pay the postage. I am now waging a dispute against them via my credit card company. Buyer Beware! Do not waste your money! They also operate under various names selling the same cheap shoes, & all claim to have a physical presence in the USA in various states. If this were true, why can't I return this item directly to the location in the states? I believe they operate solely out of China or Taiwan and have no presence in the USA whatsoever.
