As others have said, these shoes arrived in a plastic bag, shoes tops creased, no receipt or other paperwork in bag. The shoes were way too wide for me and terribly constructed. Because they had offered a complete refund if not satisfied, I emailed them on the day they arrived to start the return process.

After FIFTEEN emails back and forth, where they continued to refuse full refund (their offer was 10% refund) or mail the shoes back to CHINA for thirty dollars postage and MAYBE get a partial refund, I gave up. They had my money and obviously did not want to return it. My refund will be $8.36 of the total payment I made of $49.77. This is consumer fraud at the very least. The shoes were so badly made that I would not feel right donating them to a charitable organization.

This company uses the Keen business name to sucker customers in. In fact, when I contacted Keen (the real company) about a shipping issue, they said that this was not their product and would send the information to their legal department. The shoes they sent took over a month to arrive. On top of that, they did not fit and were VERY poorly made. I communicated with this company several times via email, but they always wanted more info (I gave them the invoice number as well as pictures). The only way I could return the shoes was if I paid the shipping. I refuse to pay shipping for such a poor quality product. Stay clear of this unethical company.

My experience is ALWAYS a good one. Easy finding what I want, paying is easy and fast shipping. Excellent all around. This is the only place I can find women's MBT sport shoes. I need to add an extra 1 inch to my sole and this is the only sole that can be taken apart and the addition added and put back together. I've had good luck with this and don't know what I would do if I didn't have Footwear ect. Thank you for the good job.

Deceiving Company... I ordered the Waterproof Boot's. They had a White Scratch on the rt. Boot's. The color was not as the Picture showed, and they were to small. I have Emailed MARY ANN many many time's. I got one Response saying that my Email's went into SPAM. I don't think so! They have NOT answered my Email's. SO. They are SCAMMING AMERICAN"S. And will NOT REFUND You MONEY. They have PADDED themselves with their TERM OF SERVICE... This is more than a SCAM... This is Down Right Criminal... So... anyone reading this. DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOK'S... SECOND. COMPLAIN WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... THE BBB... THEY DON'T EVEN PUT A ADDRESS OUT. OR A NUMBER... RED FLAG'S

Absolutely miserable experience. This boot is horrendous! Nothing like the one in their photo. It is awful plastic! When I tried to get them to honor the guarantee they post in their ads ("We want you to be 100% satisfied with products you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an iron-clad money back guarantee"), they won't do it. They also claim they ship from OHIO or NY (NOT CHINA) but if you want to return, they make you pay for shipment to CHINA, at your cost, and will then refund after they receive product. Everything they have claimed is a lie. I would not believe they would ever refund money. Don't buy anything from this despicable business!

I ordered some cute sandals that looked great in the picture and were inexpensive. When they finally arrived, the quality was terrible: plastic instead of leather, smelled disgusting, much too wide, cheap looking. Like others, I was told I must pay full shipping--back to China! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! I will also try to post a review to other consumer sites. No one should get stuck with this scam!

Advertise premium leather ankle boots w/foot support. Free shipping, no risk, return as long as within 10 days. You have to pay return shipping. Shoes shipped from US. no phone # on site, does not say returns to mail to china. Arrived in plastic bag. Were poor quality leather, lack of workmanship, sewing together of leather edges was uneven, pouched and crooked. Shoe laces not leather, orange cloth, boot tan, foot bottom unformed rubber no support.

Ordered sandals off an ad on social media. Looked like Keen shoes, attractive, well made, etc. Then once ordered I started to track it and realized they were coming from China. When they arrived they were cheap plastic sandals in three ugly colors, look like shoes from the Dollar Store, not Keen walking shoes. Have just sent an e-mail requesting a refund, but am not optimistic as others say you need to ship back to China at greater expense than they are worth. A waste of $56.67. I don't want to only order from Amazon, but it's companies like this that make Amazon look like a better alternative.

I thought this was a store that sold Keen shoes. They are not, they are a company from China that shops strong toxic smelling hard plastic soled, man made fake leather upper shoes. When you try to return, you get replies "others liked them, what is wrong. Then when pushed they say you can return them to China, that costs more than the shoes cost. I'm taking it up with my credit card company. Very poor business practices. BEWARE!

Purchased this fm FB... MISTAKE! The bottoms are glued on, leather super thin something lol lol, color was not as advertised, looked a mustard color, additionally they shipped them in a plastic bag which caused crease in the right shoe... and found these exact shoes on Amazon for $30... they are not even worth $30... unlike their claim that they were $160 boots... I contacted my bank and provided documents they are investigating for fraud.

Very cheap plastic sole that is not safe from a walking standpoint. They even smell plastic cheap. Waste of hard earned money and no refund. Do not purchase.

I was not happy with the fit and quality of the two pair of sandals I purchased from Keenwalk's website. I was sent an email telling me where to return the shoes, which I did by the US Postal Service. I sent a copy of the receipt of shipment. In September I emailed the company and was told my shoes had not arrived yet, on December 18 I once again requested my refund. I was told my package had not arrived yet and that my tracking number had expired. These people are dishonest. DO NOT USE WEBSITE;

I bought what are advertised as waterproof ankle boots with support soles. They are made of thin plastic including the soles and have no support or protection from the ground whatsoever. The company DOES NOT accept returns. Its easy to see why, as no-one receiving these boots from them would want to wear them. They are the cheapest, flimsiest quality. You may as well wrap a plastic bag over your feet for all the comfort and protection you will receive. Any good reviews you read here have to be fake.

It took way to long to get my shoes (weeks)!. I got them delivered in a plastic bag. They look and feel like plastic and are not comfortable in the slightest. The very next day I sent an email on how I could get a refund. I ended up having to send an email every day and didn't hear anything back until day 6. They then tell me I can't get a refund because they didn't send me the wrong size or that the shoes weren't defective. My only option was to exchange them. I have now sent 4 emails requesting exchange information, still waiting!
This company is horrible and their return policy does not exist! Please don't waste your hard earned money on their crappy shoes!

Do not do business with this company. These shoes look like they came out of a drugstore and would be in the sale bin for $3.99. When I told them I wanted to return for a refund, they said to ship to China which will cost me more than I paid for them. This is bait and switch, mail fraud, and dishonest business practices all rolled into one. Do not do business with this company
