I ordered the bunion correcting sandals. I just received them. They came in a small envelope... no packing/shipping information was included. They are VERY cheaply made! They are way too wide with no way to adjust the straps. They look nothing like the advertisement. I'm embarrassed that I was 'taken'! DO NOT BUY! (They are heading straight to the trashcan!)

As soon as I ordered these ankle boots, I found out that the company was outside of the US. I have had very bad experiences with ordering products outside the US, so I sent 3 different e-mails immediately, trying to cancel my order. They finally responded and said that they would charge me 40% of the product to cancel (this was within 30 minutes of ordering and hadn't shipped yet). Reluctantly, I said to continue with my order. They just arrived in a paper envelope. They are ridiculously cheap! They are not leather, they have no arch support -- they have less support than a pair of slippers. They're downright ugly! They're going to charity or in the trash!

It took 3 weeks to get the first part of my order. I immediately wrote to say I was missing two pairs of shoes. I did get an immediate email back to say the other two were on their way but I'm sure the sent it out the next day from Ohio in the United States reverses China. The shoes didn't fit but they don't give a refund but you can exchange them The least expensive cost to mail them back to Chinafor an exchange was $30 with no tracking. I did not mail them because I wasn't willing to lose 30 dollars more. The shoes look great online be do not order from them. You will be sorry.

My wife purchased two pairs of shoes from Keenwalk. Because of the poor quality, we requested a return address and a credit to our account. With no response and Keenwalk having a 30 day return restriction, we mailed the shoes back to the address shown on the envelope, which was an apartment in W. Covina Ca, They finally responded saying that we should had mailed them back to somewhere in China and are not responsible. We do not have the shoes or a credit to our account.

This is one of the worst companies selling on the internet; believe the negative review. They will send you shoes that are plastic, not leather, and the wrong size. If you contact them about returning them for a refund, as their website guarantees, you will find they require you to send them back to Vietnam, not W Covina, CA as their website and return address indicates. I have returned the shoes and am still waiting for the refund. Have contacted PayPal to complain about keenwalk's unethical business practices. This company is a complete sham! You will not get what you paid for.

I ordered a cute pair of sandals. They fit, but the right shoe expels air and makes a loud farting sound when I walk. I would be embarrassed to wear them. I can only get a refund if I return them to China. Keen states that the return is expensive and there is a good chance they won't make it. If they don't get the shoes, I don't get my refund. First they offered me 10 % of a second pair of shoes. Then they offered me a 10% refund and I keep the shoes. Now they are up to 25%. Why would I want to keep shoes I would be embarrassed to wear? The shoes are defective! We have been emailing back and forth for weeks. I usually read reviews. I did not this time because my family likes Keen shoes. Lesson learned. I am just so disgusted! DO NOT ORDER FROM KEENWALKING!

I just received my "leather" ankle boots. I completely agree with the other reviewer-they are not what they seem. They are NOT leather and they smell of plastic. Contacted customer service because they are too small and have heard nothing. Looks like I'm out $70. I will never recommend or buy from this company again!
Here's another update: after looking at the website and seeing their 100% satisfaction guarantee, I wrote them back. Now I am able to return the boots. HOWEVER, I would need to pay the shipping back to China and I would not be refunded until the item is received. I will be donating these to a shelter. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Like Penny M. Said these folks are grifters. I bought "leather boots" after my surgery on my leg left me needing a larger shoe size. The boots that came are nothing like the picture and NOT Keens. The message I got when I tried to return them ($70 dollars for crap shoes worth perhaps $5) was that I could only get credit. I'm recovering from a serious injury and looking for keens that I know and love. These folks scammed me good! I don't have the money to be buying shoes at this price and I splurged to get comfy Keens. Don't buy from them. They show pictures of Keens and send you crap! Who knows what poor people they're exploiting to make this low quality product - sorry but all I can say is I hope they get what they deserve, hopefully Karma acts quickly, praying on folks like me.

I purchased a pair of Keen Vintage shoes but they did not fit comfortably. I emailed the company the day I got the package to get information on requesting a refund / return as the details of this process are not listed on the webpage. They did not respond to two emails until I filed a dispute with PayPal. The refund process requires that you return the product to a warehouse in China even though the pkg was mailed from California. The cost of postage exceeds that cost of the item. This is absurd. The next email I received from them stated that they realized that cost of returning an item was excessive so they offered me a 30% refund and I keep the product ( which I do not want.) This is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping and I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I am continuing to work with PayPal to correct this situation and will keep my dispute open. This is a scam and it needs to be exposed.

This company is complete fraud. I bought these when the company called themselves "Xahera". These ARE NOT LEATHER. Soon as you open the package there is such a chemical small. The arch support is virtually non-existent. The weight, or construction, is flimsy. They are BARELY worth $10. When I wrote them for my money back, all of a sudden their "100% satisfied with the products you buy from us" went down the drain. I said I was going to complain to PayPal and guess what- One week later they had changed their operating name! They are as dishonest as a business could be. They are crap (the boots and the company). NOT worth the money. PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!

I bought a boot (Premium waterproof ankle 2020 shoes) from the website https://keenwalk.com and the payment went to Pham Thi Quynh Hoa, I thought Keenwalk was an American business located in Middletown. I sent an email to them to confirm their authenticity. But when the boot arrived it was a cheap imitation from the original shoes advertised on the website. On the pictures you can see the shoes that I received and the shoes advertised on the website.

The customer service is insulting and non-responsive. There is nothing good I can say about that or their product.
